For the most part, people tend to make their picks for who should win American Idol pretty early on. And for now the odds-on favorite remains Adam Lambert. Last night Simon told Kris that he'd all but written him off for the finale, but after his second performance he'd put himself right back into the thick of things. It's hard to argue that all three of these finalists are amazing talents. But has anyone done anything to make you change your mind about who should go to the finals or possibly even win the whole thing?We've been building to a Danny/Adam finale pretty much since the beginning. Kris though, Kris kind of came out of nowhere early on, and I think he blew the other two boys away last night. Yes, I know Adam fans think he was amazing, but he again worked his patented "rock scream" into both songs and it didn't belong in either, particularly "One." Danny opened disastrously before redeeming himself, but Kris had that something special in both songs. Is it even possible to change people's minds at this point?

Adam is AMAZING@! He is so talented and has entertained us all season. He has earned the Idol crown. Vote Adam@! I am also proud of Adam because I work for the VA and while Adam was home he went to Miramar to sing for the troops and their families. He also visited the kids at his high school drama and signing departments and went back to the performing arts center where he started performing. He is truly the most talented and should win American Idol Vote Adam!

Danny earned to be there. Danny will show everyone what he has. GO DANNY GO!!!. One has to rethink this voting process, they had Adam as the winner from day 1. I love Adam but I have been a true DAnny fan from day 1, and against all arguments he has NEVER been in the bottom 3, but who makes them calls? The people? Well 1 can only think!

A lot of singers went home who should be ahead of Kris. One of them is Danny.

Adam can only sing his genre...ROCK... the scream and the lizard tongue turn me off even with the great vocals.
Having said that... Danny was WAY better than Chris.. Chris 's vocals are no where as good as Danny..Ilike Chris and Adam but would come closer to buying a Danny CD.

You gotta think Danny got at least 25 million of those votes.
All Kris has to do is win over 55% of those voters.
I think he's got a real shot. I just don't think Danny voters will vote for Adam.

exactly my thoughts even before they announced the two finalists. I started thinking that the Danny/Kris voters are going to break more for whichever of those two remain and that Adam against either of them is going to have a tough time.
I don't think Adam can get enough of the danny voters to protect that 1,000,000 vote lead. Assuming that it was Adam that had more votes, maybe it wasn't.
BTW, I can't for the life of me figure out how Danny got to the bottom three. Uff da.

I actually did the math when Seacrest announced the results. The MOST votes Danny could have gotten under the circumstances (88 million total votes and only 1 million separating the the top two) was 28 million.
Assuming Danny did get that many, the second-place contestant (be it Kris or Adam) would have to get 54 percent of Danny's votes next week to win. Even if Danny only got 10 million votes, the second-place contestant would have to get 60 percent of his votes next week to win.
Subjectively, I would say this favors Kris. He will have people voting FOR him and AGAINST Adam.
I know, I have too much time on my hands!

Kris is the most relevant artist. period.The judges all said it at the beginning of the season, but then they got so caught up in Adam's over-the-top act that they took their eye off reality for awhile. Last night reality smacked them in the face, and now they are taking notice again.
Adam is always interesting to watch and he has a great voice, which will lead to success on Broadway, but his style does not translate to radio and cds.
Danny is going to be a successful Christian artist, but will never find mainstream success.
Kris' musical style is exactly what is hot right now. I think it will be a very close finale, but whether he wins the show or not, Kris will be the winner in the long run. My prediction: He will have a #1 hit within months, several more over the next year, and his debut album will go platinum.

compute this.. according to Kris Allen 40 to 50 thousands population in Conway.... Ryan Crest said in the finale that 38 millions votes alone came from Arkansas for Kris.... Extra reported that 2.8 millions is the total population of the entire States? If the voting poll is only 4 hours, Kris couldn't get that many votes the entire states including the cows and dead the babys are able to votes. Extra also reported that it's a rigged...becuase the votes still coming in even the poll si closed? so is the AT&T part of the schemes? by telling people to use Gizmo? you can use your pc to dial ito vote?
The question is why the American Idol allow suchs a thing? They shouldn't counts or allow the after hour votes... tsk..tsk..tsk..
We can do math and said that Gokeys' fans is upset and they voted for Kris.
Yeah they should be Upset cuz the town Arkansas was cheating... they cheated on the day Danny's got kicked..and how many times Kris went to the bottom 3 and 2?... He had performs very bad in some weeks that he should be gone than Allison.
So Kris Allen should be in shocked... Now the question is how Kris pull it off? we all know the population there is small compare to LA.
Also Kris comments that he hopes people votes base on talents?... WHAT Talents? the struggle he performs when he sing? He has a bit of talents but not that much.
Compare to Adam from the start to finish he showed he can do anything.
For those of you think Adam screams all the time... you guys should educate yourself in music.
I just hope Kris career goes to hell, since his town Cheated and he called himself a Christian. ..oh yeah Dark horse indeed, the boy next door a cheaterrrrrrrrr town.
