The Office celebrates 100 episodes (with cake!)
So what does it mean to hit 100 episodes? Well, it usually means the chances for syndication are a lot better. But you also get to eat cake! Here's some behind the scenes video of the cast of The Office enjoying their 100th episode party, with an introduction from Steve Carell. The 100th episode airs May 14.

Too bad the past 5 episodes have sucked. They better turn things around soon, or I'm removing it from my TiVo.

That's strange because I thought the last 3 episodes have been the best of the season.

too bad we can't see this in Canada. Thanks again tvsquad. I think it's time to remove you from my rss feed. You post a good deal of videos and we in Canada can't watch any of them. :(

Bob, I know, Hulu is here for business. But can't you put anything else here, like a real NBC video, "after a break"?
I'd like to watch this without having to turn Hotspot Shield on...

Since The Office has already been airing on TBS I doubt the 100th episode will put it over the edge for syndication. Yes, more episodes will get you a better deal for second run of the show. But it's not like shows that never make it to 100 never make it to syndication, they just have less value with less episodes. With 100s of channels someone will pay for the rights of all most every show.
I'm just tired of people always equating 100 to syndication. The number of episodes will only really effect the value in the second run market not weather it's actually eligible. It is a big deal but not a deal breaker.

Yes, I always love it when horrible shows like "The Office" make it past one episode while far better, much more clever shows are canceled. But whatever.
