Every year, the Lost producers and writers come up with a name for the big shocking moment in the season finale. The first season finale, where Walt was taken by the Others, was called "Bagel." When Penny's team found the island it was called "Challah." That was the end of the bread names. When we found out Jack was in a fast forward, it was called "The Rattlesnake in the Mailbox," which I still don't understand (not that I do understand "Bagel" and "Challah"). Last season's big twist was called "Frozen Donkey Wheel," which makes sense (the wheel that Ben turned to get off the island). This year it's going to be different: you get to give a name to the season finale.
On the weekly Lost podcast this Thursday, producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse will invite fans to give a name to the shocking season finale scene (there might be a slight spoiler at that link, so be careful). There's no pay involved but you get to become part of the Lost canon. Of course, we don't know what's going to happen, but we can guess. I'm sure "Bagel" didn't describe much either.
How about "English Muffin?"

Snake in the Mailbox was I think to describe the big shock that they're flashing forward now instead of backwards.

It's the name of a trope where something shocking comes out of nowhere from an everyday circumstance, such as in the thriller movie where the woman calmly walks to the mailbox to get the mail and finds a snake has been placed there by her evil stalker, and the whole theater jumps in surprise.
When a person emerges from a car to meet Jack at the airport at the end of the s3 finale, it's dark and we can't make out who it is, but we perhaps don't think much of it. The person takes a few steps forward and we see it's Kate and we all figuratively jump in our seats as we realize that the whole thing has been a flashforward and not a flashback.

Depending on what happens, anything like "Frak This!", "Frak ME!", "Frak You!" or just "Frak". As a nod to BSG of course. Or perhaps a nod to Pushing Daisies' Emerson Cod "Oh Hell NO!" or even Penny from Big Bang Theory "Holy Crap on a cracker".

How about . . .
"End of the Circle Jerk"
The season finale would actually provide some clear-cut answers instead what we have been getting so far this season.
