CNN's Wolf Blitzer must be running on Energizer batteries. Between his duties on his weekly The Situation Room program and Sunday's two-hour Late Edition talkfest, Wolf is on the air 17 hours a week. While this makes him the leader in face time over any other television anchor it probably doesn't bode well for his social and family life. Not to mention that he's probably missing the new season of According to Jim. So, the cable news network is doing something to free his schedule up.
Don't worry about ol' Wolf, though. His contract has been extended through the 2012 election. Or, as some people are already calling it, the battle between Obama and Palin. During the next four years Blitzer will continue to host the weekday Situation Room as the network's chief political anchor. You know, by the time his contract is up four years from now, Blitzer could actually be talking to holograms of correspondents rather than those cheesy reproductions.

Palin will lose so unbelievably unless Obama royally screws up. It will be so nice to see her make such a total and complete fool of herself.

John, I have watched Wolf for several years in this spot. You ar no Wolf. Last week you interviewed Tony Blankley without a domocratic response. I have never know this to occur on CNN. This week you interrograted the President via all your guest. You showed Senator Kyl's rhetoric but you did not show Senator Kerry's response to all that rhetoric. It is vecoming increasing obvious that you should be on Fox News or MSNBC not CNN.
Therefore, I must stop watching your show and encourage everyone I kno to do the same. I expect this from FOX and MSNBC- not CNN. Try to present both sides of the debate, please.
