This has nothing to do with the quality of the show. I like it. But I'm wondering why I keep watching it week after week when NBC has already canceled it.It's not the first time that I've watched a TV show that has been canceled. And I think that fans should keep watching the remaining episodes of a TV show that has been canceled, out of loyalty if nothing else. But it takes real loyalty to watch a canceled show that has a continuing mystery at its core, which My Own Worst Enemy has.
I don't think that the show got enough heads up to change the last episode so it's a conclusion to the series (or even a sort-of conclusion), so the episodes I'm watching right now are all leading up to something big happening but it's not going to happen. So each week we're getting clues to what happened to Edward's parents, the scheming of the James Cromwell character, what Henry's wife's background is, and more, and it's just not going to add up to anything when the show is gone for good, and who knows when that's going to be. Hell, I'm still surprised at the end of each episode when the NBC announcer says "next week on My Own Worst Enemy..."
Anyone else still watching this show?

I watched the pilot, liked it, then DVR'd the rest and I was waiting to see if the final episode wrapped up any storylines. If they did I was going to watch all on DVR. If not I was going to delete them all.

I'm still watching it. I really enjoyed the latest episode.
I just feel like it's not a huge commitment to watch because it's only going to be around for a little while. I don't want to commit to a series that might last for who knows how long. I think if the show were guaranteed to last for a whole season or beyond, I might jump ship. But it's fun for now.

I stopped as I didn't want to get to invested in things that would never be resolved.

It is really bad, I have gotten to the point where I will record shows on TIVO and if I think they are not going to make it I don't watch them. If they do make it I have all the eps then. Networks are pulling the plugs way to quick on good and bad shows alike.

Just like with Pushing Daisies, I am still watching MOWE. Hopefully they have some sort of conclusion built in when they were given the original order for episodes (too optimistic?)

I'm pissed about this show being taken out of the line up. I like watching it and will continue to watch it. I mean Crusoe didn't get cancelled but this show did?

Still watching as well. I'd love to hope against hope and think that maybe NBC sees people still watching and saves it, but heck... if we can't save Journeyman, this show has no chance at all. :(

I still watch! It's good quality TV and I'll watch as long as they give me episodes to watch. Yeah, it would be nice if we got a really good conclusion, but I've watched other shows that never concluded.

I'm still watching too. Networks should learn to give series at least 7 to 9 episodes before canceling them. It takes time for a series to build a fanbase but also to the cast and crew to shape the series. As some of you mentioned in comments, the latest episodes have been getting better.
I watch mostly out of curiosity. I know that they learned of the cancellation as they were about to shoot episode 9 (the last of the initial order), so let's hope writers were able to tweak the final scenes to give us some closure.

I really hate seeing this show being cancelled. It is different than any other show and you really don't know when the switch is going to happen and what could occur. Please reconsider cancelling or maybe cable could pick it up and tweak what needs it.

I stopped watching the week before the cancellation announcement, when I realized just how stupid the show was. As for continuing to watch the show, that's like continuing to date a corpse -- you can keep paying it attention, but it's already started to rot inside and you'll never get the payoff you're looking for. Why hold loyalty? The networks -- speaking of rotting corpses -- show none to viewers.

"....that's like continuing to date a corpse..." So does that mean if someone is in an irreversible coma it's OK to date them?

I'm watching it still and it fits in the same catagory as Chuck and Pushing daisies. I'm semi-interested but I think I keep following it because it's a show I'm "supposed" to like. But in all honesty it's just not nearly as clever/interesting/compelling as people make it out to be.

I am still watching it. As I watch each episode, I keep wondering why NBC decided to cancel it.
It is a really good show, and gets more interesting as it goes along.

I'm absolutely still watching it, and not just because we'll be covering it on my podcast about canceled TV (www.axedpodcast.com). Sorry. Can't stop doing that.
But seriously, I think this is the first new canceled show of the year I actually care about. I've watched most of the others, and when they got canned I didn't even blink. This one really grabs you, and stands as the first role Slater's had in forever that actually requires strong acting to maintain interest. I'm upset this one went so quickly, but I'll watch it till it's gone.
