- As hinted in the last episode, Adrianna will be pregnant. Ty Collins will resurface in an upcoming episode. [Source: People]

- In last week's edition of Spoilers Anonymous, we mentioned that someone from the Walker clan would face a life-threatening medical crisis in a two-hour episode set to air in March. This week, Ausiello hints that the someone may turn out to be Robert since producers are looking for a potential new love interest for Kitty set to be introduced in April. - Remember that extra messy and smelly KT room Rusty said would become his own? Well it will have gone through major redesign when the season resumes. It will be everything that the KT house is not: clean and peaceful. New-age spa music will be playing to help Rusty focus on his studies. There will even be a mini fountain! And when Rusty closes the door, the cacophony from elsewhere in the house doesn't penetrate thanks to acoustic foam panels placed in the walls and the ceiling. As expected, the most peaceful room in KT land will not stay peaceful for long... [Source: TV Squad]
- New villain The Hunter, to be played by Zeljko Ivanek, will capture many heroes and load them on a transport plane that will eventually crash. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- A call sheet for episode 5.04, "The Little Prince," offers us some information about the episode. Here are a few tidbits from the call sheet: Charlotte will have a bloody nose and be passed out for a while. Faraday is by her side. It seems Miles and Juliet also have nosebleeds. The camp has been raided. Locke wants to return to the Orchid station. Sayid is attacked. Later, he reluctantly joins Ben to extract Hurley. Jack resigns from his job at the hospital. Eventually, Jack, Kate, Sayid, Ben and Sun are reunited. Jin's not dead. Ethan appears in a flashback. [Source: Lost Spoilers]
- When Charlotte's business opens, expect her to steal a few patients from Oceanside. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- The coin purse Chuck made for her father when she was a kid will play a key role in keeping Charles Charles alive in the next week's episode. [Source: TV Squad]

About Brothers & Sisters, if Robert dies, that's OK with me. But if Kitty cheats on him while he is sick, that seems SO out of character. Does everyone on this show have to be a cheater? So far we have Sarah's husband and Tommy and Holly and of course the great William Walker.
