Heba from The Biggest Loser needs to shut her yapper

Heba Salama from NBC's 'The Biggest Loser.'And no, before someone says it, she does not need to shut her yapper because of her love/hate relationship with food... although, that probably wouldn't hurt. Now before I say something else that may be construed as offensive, let me preface all of this with exactly what I said the last time I complained about someone on The Biggest Loser:

"Because what I'm about to write may come across as sounding harsh and insensitive, let me preface all of this by saying that I love The Biggest Loser and have nothing but the utmost respect for the contestants and what they go through on the show.

In a world saturated with reality shows, The Biggest Loser is one of the few that still comes across as "real." You can't script a 100lb. weight loss."

OK, the formalities are out of the way, so let's get to the point: why is Heba being such a bitch?!?

Heba (or as I call her, "Satan's Refrigerator") has taken the act of bitchiness to an entirely new level. After this past Tuesday's episode, I'm rooting against her for the remainder of the season. The truly sad thing about this entire situation is that if she really isn't a mean person, then that would mean that it's just far too easy to manipulate her. So if that is the case, then all of her "I'm smart and know what I'm doing" talk is falling on deaf ears because she doesn't have a clue. Then again, it could also just be years of repressed anger rearing it's chubby head.

After she called out Phil in the kitchen for "hating her," I couldn't help but laugh. Consider where she's getting her info - one of only two "couples" who are still on the same team! Vicky and Brady! Hasn't it crossed Heba's mind once that she might be getting played? She took one conversation that Phil and Brady had and somehow it turned into a manifesto of true hatred? Brady was in the middle, so you do the math.

Whether any of this would make sense to her or not, what it boils down to is how she chose to handle the info - with the bitch switch turned way up. She could have been far more pleasant during her confrontation with Phil, who's arguably one of the most timid guys this show has ever seen. Does he seem like the hating type?

As much as I'd love to be a fly on Heba's wall to hear what she's thinking when the cameras are off, the more I think about it, I'd prefer not to if only because I'm terrified that she'd bust out some mountain yeti reflexes and eat me. OK... well not really, but Heba does need to get her act and her facts straight ASAP or her erratic behavior is simply going to add fuel to Vicky and Brady's argument to vote her off the next time they lose a challenge. Heba's a fool if she thinks Amy will side with her when the time comes. Take some of your own advice Heba: shut-up and lose weight.
