In case you forgot, yes, The Celebrity Apprentice got picked up for a second season. I must admit that I was entertained by the first season (mostly thanks to winner Piers Morgan and his antics). If they follow about the same schedule as last year, NBC will announce the second season's cast in about a month. What does this mean to us? That it's time to play, "Will these celebrities be part of the next Celebrity Apprentice?" game!Last April, rumor was that O.J. Simpson was interested in being part of the show. Two days later, the network said that NBC + O.J. didn't equal love, so no chance for O.J. to get under the limelight once more (although he got loads of press time but for a totally different subject...)
Since then, rumors on who was interested to be part of the show were pretty rare. That is until TMZ published what their spies say is the cast of season two of NBC's The Celebrity Apprentice. Here are the names appearing on TMZ's list:
- Country singer Clint Black
- Actor Andrew Dice Clay
- Poker player Annie Duke
- Actor Tom Green
- Golfer Natalie Gulbis
- Retired figure skater Scott Hamilton
- Monster Garage's Jesse James
- Model and Deal or No Deal beauty Claudia Jordan
- Keeping Up with the Kardashians' Khloe Kardashian
- Singer Brian McKnight
- TV personality Joan Rivers
- TV personality Melissa Rivers
- Actress and Playboy Playmate Brande Roderick
- Pro basketball player Dennis Rodman
- Football player Herschel Walker
- Singer Tionne 'T-Boz' Watkins
As expected, there are a few names that don't ring a bell (Natalie Gulbis?). And, if this list is right, it's clear that some of the contestants are doing it in order to get back on the screen (Andrew Dice Clay?). What made season one of the Celebrity Apprentice entertaining were the fights between Piers and practically everyone else as well as Omarosa's behavior. Just imagine the TMZ list is accurate for a second and try to picture these celebrities on the same team: Andrew Dice Clay, Tom Green, Joan Rivers, Melissa Rivers, and Dennis Rodman. Outrageous, no? Worth tuning it for at least the premiere? Hell yes!
If this list is right, will you watch season two of the Trump show? Who would you like to be part of the new season? Let your voice be heard in comments below.

Not a snowballs chance in hell. I didn't watch the first season and I love Gene Simmons. I caught the highlights on Family Jewels.
These people are hardly celebrities, are they? How about Has-Been Apprentice?

I'll watch. T-Boz is a character, not to mention hot.as.hell! The others might be interesting too, but not as interesting without Omarosa in the mix. Love her or hate her, her drama makes for good TV.

That list is true. I saw them selling cupcakes by radio city yesterday. A bunch of nobodies blocking traffic.

They've really scraped the bottom of the barrel this time around. Has-beens, nobodies to start with and D-listers. Think I'll pass.

I can pretty much confirm that Tom Green is going to be on the show... kind of.
On his website, he said he'd be in New York during November for a "secret" TV show. Hmmm...

The first season was kind of lame compared to past Apprentices. If Tom Green is really a contestant, I will definitely skip this season.

Those are celebrities? Wow--that term means nothing now thanks to reality television.

This is the only verson of the Apprentence that I watch. It should be as beautifully mind numbing as last years. (I am still upset that Trace didn't win!)
