In the beginning, did you think the final three in the Big Brother 10 house would be Jerry, Memphis, and Dan? In the absolute beginning I wanted to like Jerry and didn't care at all for Dan based on his CBS website bio page. I thought Angie would go the furthest in the game for the women. How wrong was I? Of course, people who just watch the show and don't follow the live feeds tend to have an entirely different perspective on the hamsters.For the latest from the 24/7 live feeds, read on past the jump. As I told you in my special report on the first part of the HOH comp, Dan was the winner. Jerry was already out of the comp by the time the feeds returned shortly after the live show finished on the East Coast. He had told Memphis that he wasn't going to try very hard because he knew he couldn't compete with them in an endurance comp. Of course, afterwards he fussed about not having handles to hold onto and more as he cited reasons he went down. But I doubt he even tried too hard.
Dan was the most focused through the comp -- he kept saying "focus on the nose" out loud. He also had a windbreaker jacket which helped shield him from the elements. Memphis just had one of those ugly Dustin-style v-neck t-shirts and was drenched. After it all ended, Dan made a comment about how Jerry should have offered Memphis his windbreaker and got Jerry fussing even more. It's as if now that Jerry thinks Memphis is his buddy, he believes Dan is out to sabotage their relationship. I personally think Memphis threw the comp to Dan because he should have lasted later than 9:45 PM ET!
As for last night after the comp and today so far, we're talking a massive snoozefest here, folks. Jerry still thinks he's in with Memphis and that Memphis and Dan are on the outs. Now, that's exactly what Dan and Memphis want him to think. Jerry and Memphis studied house things and went over previous comps in preparation for the second part of the HOH comp.
The winner of the second part competes with Dan in the third part. The second part is usually a mix of physical and mental. They've remained in indoor lockdown since the show finished airing last night as production was removing the planes and building something new in the yard. In brief stealth moments, Dan and Memphis have talked and gone over possible comp questions. They don't want Jerry to see them talking.
In house crumbs:
- Dan talked about how much he misses Keesha. Jerry, who said some very vile things about her in the past, now misses her, too.
- Jerry continues to suck up to Memphis. His latest is how much he respects him. I'm so tired of his shtick. But I have to remember that he is 75.
- They're still not sure of the time frame for the season although they know the finale is Tuesday, September 16.
- They napped. They need a gorilla to wake them up or something.
As I submit this, the feeds have been blocked for about an hour. Just prior to the block, the theme from the movie Rocky was piped through the house and Dan shouted out "Mike!" Since Mike is the one they always refer to in comps, I must assume they're playing out the second part of the HOH comp as I write this. And, yes ... the feeds are blocked and I can't see or hear what's going on. But never fear, hamsters talk after they return. As soon as I find out who won, I'll update the bottom of this post.

I figured Memphis would win the 2nd part! Dan better win the final part! I don't really trust Memphis to take Dan with him because he knows Dan will win the finals! I hope Dan has the foresight to win and not give in to Memphis again!!! Go Dan!!!!

Okay well Dan's worst nightmare of Jerry getting HoH is now gone. Now he just needs to win it or pray that Memphis doesn't really how better it would be if he's up against Jerry in the final two.

Dan should be able to win HOH against Memphis. Since Dan started seriously playing the game to win somewhere around episode 16-17, he has won HOH or POV 5 times to Memphis winning POV 4 times and when you consider that at least one of M's wins was a "gimme" from Dan, that has Dan winning twice as often as Memphis so the odds are in his favor.

Personally, I would love that, but if Memphis was smart enough to calculate that his odds w/ the jury were better against Jerry than against Keesha, then he should be able to figure out the same formula w/ himself v. Dan or v. Jerry. Against Jerry he probably wins, against Dan - not so clear. The 500K is so close at this point that even solid loyalties go out the window. It's each player for himself now. Dan should go for the win.

Oops - Sorry GL - I misread your post. I thought you meant you hope Memphis wins and takes Jerry OUT. I think I morphed into a "Ted the Spider going in for the kill" type of image there for a moment with Memphis being "Ted" and Jerry being a doomed moth.
So to clarify - I personally want DAN to win HOH as I DO NOT trust Memphis to take Dan with him to the final if he wins.

If Dan and Memphis are going to take each other to the final 2, they might agree to let Dan win so that Memphis doesn't have to "betray" Jerry.
Dan would probably be better taking Memphis because Keesha is going to campaign against Memphis in the jury
house.

That is their current plan -- Memphis will throw the final part to Dan and it will be Dan voting out Jerry. That's the only interesting thing which has happened on the feeds other than the news of the Memphis win.
Oh. Dan went bonkers being kept inside. They let them out and Dan found strange balls, juice boxes, and coconuts in the yard.

Memphis has to let Dan win otherwise Jerry will know he played yet again. Actually, if he can't figure it out now, he's really pretty dumb. But, that's Jerry. I think if it's Dan vs. Memphis, Dan has it in the final vote. It probably won't be a blowout, but maybe 4-3. As long as Jerry loses, I'm happy. I'd be happier if Keesha were still there, but you can't have everything.

The final comp is usually the one where they have to guess which evicted house guest said what. Then they show the evicted HG on the TV saying whatever it was.

I probably lean more towards psychotic rather than psychic, so I really don't know since the comp will be live on the show tonight. The final comp is usually question and answer -- things like which jury member said this, etc. The plan is for Memphis to throw the comp to Dan, but Memphis seemed to be hedging a bit last night. I don't think either Dan or Memphis trust each other 100% even with their Renegades alliance.

i think it would be a dumb move for either one of the rat brothers to take jerry to the final two as he may squeek out a win when it came down to the jury as he has not backstabbed as many as they have all he did was talk and most of the time he stayed with what he said not like the two of them that lied to everyone and put the blame on someone else

Dan should definately win this season! He's played eveybody who's been in the house like a fiddle. In my opinion Dan, weather you like him or not has played the game better than any player in BB history. Yes even better than Dr Will!!!
