Definitely one of Stan's lines from "Are You There, God? It's Me, Jesus", after Chef just sang to him about the menstrual cycle.
Stan: [thinks, then] …So what you're saying is, this person shouldn't be bummed becuase everybody has their period at a different time.
Chef: …Is that what I said?
Stan: But it's not fair! It's not fair that one day you're on top, that you're the coolest kid in town, and then the next day you're at the bottom again, 'cause everyone has blood coming out their ass but you, and if I can't menstruate, then by God, I'm not gonna sit around and be the only periodless 8-year old boy - I'm gonna do someting about it! [hops off and heads out the door.]
Chef: Whoa! I musta missed a WHOLE middle part there.

The best moment in South Park has to be when Cartman's mom gets a visit from the Dog Whisperer for help with Cartman's training. Every time Cartman interrupts the adult conversation, the Dog Whisperer makes a "zzzt" noise and pokes at Cartman. Too funny!

The episode where Comedy Central greenlit the use of the word, shit.
They just picked that baton up and ran with it. The running counter hitting, what, 147?, was just a priceless addition to the entire episode.
As well as not bleeping uncle jimbo's use of the word gay where everyone else was bleeped out for trying to say it.
