I think my favorite Office moment would have to be when Jim hides Andy's cell phone in the ceiling tile and then proceeds to keep calling it, driving Andy crazy when he can't find it. Oh, and any moment involving Kelly.

I loved it when they held the walk for rabies. And the big check, which cost $250 to make...

Dwight: Don’t you want to earn Shrute bucks?
Stanley: No. In fact, I’ll give you a billion Stanley nickels if you never talk to me again.
Dwight: What’s the ratio of Stanley nickels to Schrute bucks?
Stanley: Same as the ratio of unicorns to leprechauns.

When Jim and Pam put Dwight's office supplies in the vending machine, then hand him a bag of nickels to buy back his stuff. It's old school, but it makes me laugh every time I think about it.

Favorite moment...When Jim is at Stamford and at the opening of the episode Karen comes in and asks what he's doing. He of course tells us that he faxes Dwight...as himself...from the future. The following scene with Stanley is priceless!

Andy singing "Take A Chance On Me" with his phoned-in backup singers is the greatest. I think I'll go hunt it down on YouTube just to refresh my love for it!
