It's another fine summer day in the Big Brother 10 house. The sun is shining and the birds are singing. Wait. What's that sound? Could it be the sobs of a hamster? Oh my, there's not a sadder sound that you can imagine. And on such a fine day, too.

Nominations are in, the food competition is over, and the Power of Veto competition is done. For extreme show spoilers, read on past the jump!

Since Renny nominated Jerry and April, it's April crying. You know, she knows she was nominated just because she's won prizes and others are jealous of her. Plus, she's so much prettier. It has to be jealousy, eh? What she doesn't really know is that she's who Renny wants out this week. Renny told Jerry after the nominations that she doesn't want him to go this week.

Half of the house is in BB slop -- it's Jerry's fourth week on it. But, thanks to America, they have giant lollipops to go with the slop this week. Ollie, Jerry, and Memphis lost the food comp. Renny has fiid because she's HOH.But Memphis has his slop pass to save him. They've tried getting creative, but no matter how you dress it up, slop is slop.

The Power of Veto comp had icky food and voodoo dolls. Foods mentioned were crickets, pigs' ears, and warm slop. More than that I can't say as they block the feeds for the comp and I'm dependent on the houseguests after-comp talking. Oh, one more thing ... Dan won the Power of Veto.

In house crumbs:

• Renny and Keesha are a bit leery of both Dan and Memphis.
• Renny won't tell Dan who she'd put on the block if he takes a nominee down. He told Memphis and they're worried she might put up Memphis.
  
• April and Ollie think that April has Dan's vote to stay. They think Dan likes April more because she's saved him in the game. Ollie thinks Dan owes them.
• April also thinks she has Michelle's vote to stay.
• Dan hid under the coffee table and leaped out at Renny to scare her.
• Renny gave Dan a haircut. Dan asked to pray first and created such drama that Renny said she'd scalp him if he didn't stop.
• Michelle and April think things have gone missing in the house and blame Dan thinking he's America's Player.
• April told Ollie that since no one has told her she's safe, she must be the target this week.
• Ollie and April think that the others have told Jerry he's safe.
• Jerry finally (and very conveniently) apologized to Dan for calling him Judas. He said something about having a street fighter mentality and said he was mad, but now wants to take the comment off the table. Dan was good about it, said he never took it personally.
• Jerry also told Dan that he thinks he (Jerry) has lost Michelle in addition to April and Ollie. (So, he's an old soldier without a country, eh? That's why he needs Dan now!)
• Renny locked herself out of her HOH room.
• Keesha told Renny that she thinks Michelle and Memphis want to go to the end together.
• Jerry often doesn't wash his hands after using the bathroom. I know you needed to know that.
• Dan still thinks the only alliance in the house is April and Ollie.
• Renny and Keesha are concerned that Dan might use the veto. They both want April out this week.

That's pretty much where things stand. I don't think Dan will use the veto because he's worried that Memphis might go on the block. If the nominations remain the same (which they should), I think it will probably be Dan, Keesha, and Memphis voting for April to go. Michelle could go either way. Ollie is a sure vote for April to stay.
