(S02E04) I'm sure you die-hard Burn Notice fans saw it in the first scene. The show has now expanded its yogurt promotion to include the frozen variety. The producer's also have started sharing other uses for yogurt. Next time I have a hangover, I'll try a nice cool tub of Dannon to stop the throbbing.

I was wondering when Nate was going to show up again. More importantly, I was curious whether or not he would still be running scams. At first glance, it would seem that he meant everything he said about making "a few changes." However, as we all know, nothing on this show is ever what it seems, except for Michael's inability to refuse to help those in need.

I think that this week's beautiful girl in distress should have been named Hatya. While the gorgeous ladies are one of the big reasons I watch this show, I like how everyone once in a while, they switch it up by making the girls kind of tough. Whether it's the cute DEA agent from a few weeks ago or just a looker with a bad temper, it always adds a little something to the plot.

I am a huge fan of Larry Miller. I especially enjoy him when he plays douchebags like he did in this episode. Miller is one of the few comedians who uses the same delivery on stage as he does on camera and it always makes for an interesting character.

Only a bad ass like Fiona would zap a guy while he was holding on to her. As soon as Michael's VO dropped the tidbit about that, I knew she was going to do it anyway. I will add that to the list of reasons why I love that character. I actually had to pause the DVR and wait until I could concentrate again after I saw her punching Michael. Luckily, Nate's right hook made me laugh so hard, I was able to focus again.

Bruce Campbell's interrogation scene was a work of art. Not only is it great to see Bruce Campbell at his smarmy best but it's also great to see Sam doing something he really enjoys. Most of the time, he carries out Michael's requests begrudgingly at best, this time, however, he was clearly having fun.

Every time I watch this show, I can't help but compare it to Miami Vice. The great landscape and the girls and the sun always reminds me of the Crockett and Tubbs. It also remind me why I never really liked Miami Vice. The show took itself far too seriously for me to enjoy. Just the hushed tones of Lt. Castillo were enough to make me change the channel. ON BN there is no chance of that. Between Sam's clowning, Fiona's teasing and Madeline's nagging there's never a moment when the show seems too important. It's this element that make many USA shows so popular and why the networks could learn a thing or two from the folks at USA.

Even though this episode had another con for a plot, it was one of my favorites this season. Nate's return was great and it seems that he might actually have turned over a new leaf. The best part had to be Michael giving Nate the credit and giving us hope that their relationship still had some good days ahead.

The ending, with Michael and Fi sitting and waiting for Carla to show up was brilliantly done. It certainly made me want to tune in again next week.
