Big Brother 10: Live feeds report - July 19

Memphis in the Big Brother 10 houseDid you know that in order to jog a mile, you'd have to do 19 ¼ laps around the Big Brother 10 yard? Yep, it's true. You see ... if you had the live 24/7 camera feeds from the house you'd know all kinds of trivia pumped through the speakers by the taped BB voice. Exciting, eh?

Ah, but there are more vital goings-on, as well. The Sunday show will show the nominations. The Tuesday show will air the Power of Veto competition. Why wait? You don't need the feeds. You have TV Squad's daily live feed reports! Read on past the jump for extreme show spoilers.

Okay, if you haven't been following the reports, I'll go through a quick run down of the major events. Of course, I find it perplexing that some folks may not have been following the reports, but I'll try not to take things personally.

  • The food comp was on Thursday. Renny, Libra, Memphis, Jerry, April, and Keesha are on slop.
  • The nominations were held. Jessie nominated Steven and Dan for eviction. Steven is his target.
  • The Power of Veto comp went down -- Michelle won.
As I write this report, the POV meeting hasn't happened yet. The houseguests are unsure whether it will be held tonight or tomorrow. If it happens tonight, I'll update this report with the news of whether she used it to save someone or not and the new nominee if applicable. I'm getting the sense that she probably won't use it, but you never know. Otherwise, this is the sort of excitement I'm seeing on the feeds ...

Hanging out in the Big Brother 10 house

In house crumbs:

  • Steven and Jessie fairly calmly talked out their differences for almost two hours yesterday. No, Jessie isn't changing his mind. He feels Steven has had the nerve to disrespect him. As we all know, you don't diss Jessie Almighty. Please bow and scrape when you see him.
  • Memphis wants to get rid of Renny and Jerry before sequester but they aren't a priority at the moment even though he says they must go.
  • Keesha and April, now getting along, have had an epiphany -- Libra's playing them like puppets!
  • Jerry is also on the anti-Libra train. He thinks she's grown too smug and controlling.
  • Memphis told Steven he won't vote to save him.
  • Steven feels alienated and isolated in the house while Dan has been pitching in helping to clean and cook.
  • Libra thinks the girls should make sure a guy goes home each week.
  • Libra, Keesha, and Michelle are all suspicious of Angie. She doesn't count in their girls' club.
  • Keesha hopes Jerry wins HOH this week because she's sure he'll put Libra on the block.
  • Libra and Renny are getting closer. Libra, hearing some of the Memphis talk, warned Renny to watch her back but didn't give her specifics.
  • Michelle, talking with Memphis, told him she can't see any reason to use the POV. They discussed backdooring Libra, but Michelle thinks that would be a dumb move right now.
  • Steven tried to plead his case with Renny, Keesha, and Libra. He really can't understand why he's more of a target than Dan.
  • Libra told Steven that she expected Angie and Dan to be nominated, not him and Dan.
  • Libra accused Memphis and Michelle of being in an alliance with Angie. They both denied it.
  • Although Jessie thinks his alliance rules supreme, there's a lot of dissension in the ranks. Libra is trying to push her own agenda within the group (target Angie) and Jessie, mature dude he is, wants Steven out for personal issues because he thinks Steven disrespected him. Memphis and Michelle, one of the closer mini-alliances in the house, have their own agenda.
  • Michelle said that none of the squabbling matters -- she will not be using the veto.
  • Keesha likes both Steven and Renny. She thinks they're both funny.
  • Steven wants to talk Michelle into using the veto to save him. He's basically a dead man walking in the house.
  • Libra and Jerry had a blow-out over Libra saying they lost the food comp because of the old people.
  • Then Libra and Renny had a screaming match over the same thing.
  • Libra warned April to be careful what she says to Michelle. Libra thinks Michelle reports everything back to Jessie. (Well, yeah.)
  • Libra cried.
  • We might as well invite Amber back into the house. We have no single all the time sobber, but one of these gals cries every day. Oh, well. At least they take turns.
  • Libra's mad at herself for getting upset. She told Jerry to please take her aside if he has issues with her and not call her out in front of everyone.

So it's not a bed of roses in the BB house even if they do gather for pool tournaments in the yard. I think things are only going to get more heated as time goes on.
