Okay, guys, you may want to sit down. I've got some bad news. There really is no good way to say this, so I'll just come out with it: Another couple who found "love" on a reality dating show has broken up.

I know, I know. It's simply unbelievable. This time, the unlucky duo is Bret Michaels and Ambre Lake, from Rock of Love 2. How could it not have lasted forever? There was a mud pit involved, for Pete's sake.

Luckily, Michaels and VH1 aren't letting this little setback stop them from trying again for love and sweet, sweet, ratings. VH1 has just announced that there will be a Rock of Love 3 -- with a twist. Rock of Love Bus is set to premiere on the music channel in early 2009.

Bret has long cited life as a touring musician and the busy schedule that goes along with it as a reason why his relationships don't work out. In fact, Ambre cites just that as the reason they ultimately didn't find a lasting love, "He's right, it's absolutely an insane lifestyle and neither of us had the time to make it work." See? It was the schedule, not the fact that he had the opportunity to get paid to mack on another crew of willing groupies.

However, macking on a new set of groupies is exactly what Michaels will be doing, except this time he's not even messing with the rented mansion; he's taking them straight to the tour bus. The ladies will follow Bret as he embarks on a month-long tour and will be tested along the way. The challenges include greeting aggressive groupies, filling in for roadies, and even an event called the Truck Stop Olympics. It wouldn't be a true test of love unless there were women playing football in a mud pit, so VH1 assures us that yes, there will even be a Mud Bowl 3.

We'll be able to expect the requisite amount of hair-pulling, name calling and the all around classy behavior that has made Rock of Love break VH1's ratings records. At the end, Bret will pick the woman he wants to sleep with the most often, and she will be crowned the winner. The sad part is, I'll be watching when she is.
