Pretty much anything Prof. Farnsworth related. 'The Fing-longer' and 'The Smell-o-scope' are stand outs :)

In season one's "Big Piece of Garbage" episode when the mis-timed bomb ricochets back to where Fry and Bender are standing on the trash comet:
Fry: We- we're gonna die, right?
Bender: Right!
That was the moment Bender became my favorite cartoon character.

Fry: What if the secret ingredient.... is people?
Leela: Oh, they already make a soda like that. Soylent Cola.
Fry: Oh, how is it?
Leela: It varies from person to person.

I think it was when Bender was stranded on the island of misfit robots. The robot who had to keep inserting tapes in order to speak...

Paraphrasing:
Fry: I'm thirsty.
Tour Guide: We'll be drinking soon enough.
Fry: That's not soon enough.

Jurassic Bark. If you didn't cry like a cheerleader at the end, then there's something wrong with you.

My ex had just left me to go back to his old girlfriend who he broke up with because she was demanding and possessive. A friend loaned me a Futurama DVD with "The Cryonic Woman" and I heard this line from Fry.
"Things are different this time. Before she was demanding and possessive, but now she wants me to do stuff and stay with her all the time."
I'm not sure I've ever laughed so hard!!!

In the Slurm episode (which seems to be a favorite), when Bender shines the X-Ray machine on Fry:
"Ow, my sperm!"
I find myself saying that at inappropriate times. A lot.
