In case you didn't see it, he fixed it! It's the summer finale, or mid-season finale. The rest won't be shown until 2009.

The 2009 thing is not yet confirmed.
Moore thinks it will be 2009, everyone on Earth thinks it will be 2009, however Sci-fi never confirmed that. During the mid season finale Sci-fi had a commercial saying "Coming Soon". Now it most likely will be changed to "Coming 2009", but they still haven't figured it out yet.
