It's a rare thing when one of the major networks takes up an hour of its schedule almost every single night of the week to air the same show, but that's exactly what FOX is going to do this August.
The network is going to run a marathon of the first season of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles starting on Sunday, August 10 at 9pm. Then the other episodes from the first season, in order, will air at 9pm on August 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 24. The two-hour second season premiere then airs on September 8 at 8pm.
This is a good idea to get people interested in the show again. I'm surprised more networks don't do something like this (though Mad Men will air a day-long season one marathon on Sunday, June 20, a week before the second season starts). I know that I could use some catching up on the show, since I watched the first first episodes, like the show, then drifted away from it for one reason or another.

Is anyone else impressed that FOX is actually going out of its way to promote a scripted program? They figured out how to promote their reality programming, but rarely ever apply those same skills to their scripted TV.

I really enjoyed this show. I'm hoping people will take to it like I did. A marathon of all episodes is a great idea prior to the two hour (hooray) season premiere. Excellent news!

Not a bad show. I think it started growing a bit more towards the end of the season. However, I think that Fox putting it at the 7CST slot will kill it dead. Not to mention how it may cause the show to be "toned down" to stay in that time slot.
