Well it won't be Kate, which is too bad, it won't be Sun, so all the is left is Claire.

It's either Sun or Kate. Neither of them have gotten a case of "WE'VE GOTTA GO BACK!" in the flash forwards. S5 will be the O6 returning to the island. If Sun or Kate don't want to go back because of their kids, then we won't see them all season.

Well there's always Rose, but nobody gives an S about her except that her cancer is cured. I'm agreeing with you. It makes sense to be Claire now that she's in the Twin Peaks Cabin with her dad, Jacob, the alien Bob, and the dwarf that was also in "Carnviale." Maybe when they bring her back in Season Six, they can do some sort of Apocalypse Now homage where Jack's mission is to go take down his dad's ghost.

I think it is libby on lost. She had too much to do with everyone's past for it to be someone else.
I completely realize I could be incredibly wrong, but I don't think they will remove a main character like Claire, for multiple seasons. That would be incredibly expensive to pay her to not work for that long.
In the Hero's spoiler, they mentioned it was a main character. Here they just stated it was a season regular. I believe Libby has been in all seasons.
She was just with Michael at the hospital, in Hugo's past at the hospital, and gave Desmond the boat for free that stuck him on the island. I believe there was more, but even if it is just three, thats too much to not mean something regarding frequent time travel.
Yes I know Michael shot and killed her.

Also, the built up too much interest in her character with Hugo to just kill her off. They were getting their audience emotionally invested.
Mark my words, if they aren't referring to her here, she will be back in a big way later.

Who care's that someone gets their head sliced open on heroes? This show has gone beyond the realm of the comic book in its 'death doesn't matter' shtick. At least in comics they keep them dead for a little while, here we get almost instant revivals of anyone important. The only way this'll stick is if its on Petrelli because he's getting to powerful...
I was hoping that with Vaughn joining the writing team his "dead means dead" attitude might come into play.
