This week we have: 24, Gossip Girl, Grey's Anatomy, Heroes, Lincoln Heights, Lost, My Boys, Nip/Tuck and The Office. (SPOILERS FOLLOW!)

- Two new recurring characters will be introduced in episode 11 or 12. Denton, a 50ish-year-old major Washington D.C. player, is behind a huge conspiracy. The role could be either male or female. The second recurring is Vice President Mitchell Hansen. [Source: TV Squad]
- Even if Lily will cheat on Bart Bass with Rufus the night before her wedding, the ceremony will go as planned. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- Ava/Rebbecca is sick. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- At the start of the season, HRG is incarcerated at the bottom of Level Five in the Company's facility. Hiro is firmly planted in Yakamoto Industries. Claire will try to use her powers for a greater good. [Source: TV Guide]
- In episode 3.01, "Glass House," three thugs break into the Sutton house because one of them,a 20-year-old female woman named Sid, is trying to find something her grandmother left for her inside. She uses Cassie and Charles as leverage. Lieutenant Spitz, a 40-year-old cop working at the Lincoln Heights precinct, will be introduced in this episode. He'll be recurring for the rest of the season. [Source: TV Squad]
- In the future, Sawyer and Locke will be alive on the island. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- A scene in the finale will have Hurley, Sun, Jack, Kate, Sayid and Desmond swim toward a large octagonal raft. Hurley seems to be carrying Aaron while Desmond is holding someone who is not moving. There will also be a scene set at Hurley's mansion where a party is thrown. According to sources, it would be a birthday party for Hurley that Sayid, Nadia, Kate and Aaron will attend. - Andy and Mike take an improv class in episode 2.04, "Spit Take." Mike tries to seduce another improv student named Caitlin but she is interested in Kenny. [Source: TV Squad]
- Episode 5.17 will feature a middle-aged couple part of a cancer support group going in for a plastic surgery consult. It looks like one character (Liz?) will be part of a breast cancer support group. Dr. Vijay Paresh, father of Dr. Raj (to be played by Aliens in 's Adhir Kalyan), will turn up in episode 5.18, "Robert Leveaux." In this episode, a young woman named Victoria makes a freaking discovery when having sex with Christian. [Source: TV Squad]
- In the season finale, Kevin will be involved in a plot to torture the new human resources person, to be played by Amy Ryan. Angela will be given the job of throwing a goodbye party but the duties will be taken away from her. There will be a power struggle between Angela and Phyllis and Andy will factor into that. - Ryan has a brush with the law. [Source: Michael Ausiello]

Actually the full spoiler was "he has a brush with the law, but not for the reason you think."
Given that my guess would be a prostitute. Because really, there's only two things people get busted for on comedies. Drugs and Hookers. So if it isn't the obvious (drugs) there's really just one other option.
Plus, it will really take Ryan and his whole "livin' large in New York" attitude down a peg. Can you imagine the conversation that involves Michael trying to comfort Ryan over getting busted with a hooker? That's just comedy gold.

I think Ryan will be in trouble for fraud for having the staff load their personal sales into the website to make it look like they were made through the website.

Switch bottom of level 5 and sub level 4 as well as The Company and The Centre and voila you have the former NBC series the Pretender.
