Things are moving along for the live final part of the three-part head of household competition to be seen on Wednesday's Big Brother 9. That's right. Only the last part will be actually live. Tonight's episode will show the power of veto and the eviction which gets the house down to the final three.The winner of the first part of the HOH comp goes up against the winner of the second part on Wednesday night. That winner chooses who will be with him or her in the final two facing the jury. A lot of the action has already happened. Read on past the jump for extreme show spoilers!
A brief recap of what I've already covered is in order. Ryan won the power of veto. He chose not to use it. Ryan and Adam made a deal to evict Sharon because they thought Sheila would be easier to beat in the final HOH comp. Ryan won the first part of the three-part HOH comp.
And, that brings us to today. The early part of the day was boring. I thought yesterday was bad, but this might have been worse. What little bit of the day before the feeds were blocked were full of Adam and Ryan gloating. They're sure they will be the final two and have even made a triumphant manly kind of handshake which is only missing chest butting. Yep, they're the Testosterone Two. Sheila seems to realize that she might not be in the final two.
Well, she certainly took another step in that direction today. They held the second part of the HOH comp -- Sheila against Adam. Sheila lost. So, during tomorrow night's live show, it will be Adam and Ryan competing in the third part. Whoever wins that part is the new HOH and will choose one of the two remaining houseguests to bring into the final two.
In house crumbs:
- Sheila told Adam that if he wins, she would like to be in the final two.
- She said he has her vote for the win no matter what happens, whether he takes her or not.
- Sheila is pretty resigned to losing.
- Adam is all psyched up for tomorrow.
- Adam and Ryan have vowed to take each other into the final two.
- The guys have decided it's win-win for them. Adam did the dirty work of voting out Sharon, Ryan will win tomorrow night and vote out Sheila (dirty work). At that point, they're both winners and it's up to the jury.
Unless Adam or Ryan flip, it should be them in the final two. If it is Adam and Ryan, Adam may stand a better chance with the jury. We'll see!

If I was in the jury and had to pick between Adam & Ryan, I would pick Ryan because he played the better game. I would not factor in girlfriends, money already won, if they were a single mom with 14 kids, etc. I would factor in their assholew rating. But they both were about the same amount of asshole so that cancels that out. Ryan stepped his game up at the end, when it counted most. He also was evicted once and was 'King Of The Block' there for awhile. He took some risks and made some bold moves that mostly paid off. He won alot of hoh & pov comps. He had a big target on his back from day 1 that only got bigger once Jen revealed their relationship to the house. Adam on the other booger-covered dirty hand was carried and drug along the 1st half of the game and when it was his turn to make a move, he always deferred to someone else or went along with everyone else. Yes, he did start winning some comps later on but again he let everyone else make his decisions for him. To me, it's without a doubt Ryan who should win.

I know the jury members dont see all that we do, but there is no way I could vote for Ryan. Loyalty apparently means nothing to him. Sharon was loyal to him when Adam tried to cut a deal with her(and then Adam lied to Ryan about it), and we see where that got her. Natalie would have done anything to get him to the final two, and he basically evicted her. Ryan was one of my favorites at the beginning of the season, but now I cant stand him. I hope Adam wins, and I think he will because he really made no enemies in the game.

I would vote for Adam. He played the game well and I would argue he did it with more awareness of what was going on than Ryan.
He definitely used a different style of play than Ryan, but I don't think winning competitions is the only sign of a strong player. Far from it.
Adam also managed his nice guy factor very well until recently when he has chosen to be more actively sneaky.

Merve, let's not forget that part of playing the game involves getting along with everyone and winning their hearts (so they vote for you when they're in the juror house). Ryan made enemies (e.g. James) and he clearly picked his team mates, which is only half of the house. Adam on the other hand, got along with everyone (smart move) from both sides. The only person he didn't get along with throughout was Sheila - and she'll be voting for Adam no matter what. So I still believe Adam could really win the majority of votes.

Ryan prolly wont win but he should! he has won more HOHs and POVs and has kept himself in the game by doing so, i like adam but he has jumped on other peoples back and just enjoyed the ride and it got him far so more power to him but he does not deserve to win, ryan clearly does!

I think at this point, I would vote for Adam. Ryan's attitude was not great these last few days, he seemed to be gloating an awful lot & while he had that right, seeing as he won when it counted, I still don't like to see the arrogance. But, as long as it's between Ryan & Adam, & Shelia's out, either way will be fine. I could not see giving Shelia the win under any circumstances. She just hung around way too long.

I think as long as Ryan argues his case good enough to the jury, he ought to be able to win. He can get Sharon's vote, which should bring Josh's vote with it because Sharon will talk him into it. I also think he will get Matty's vote which will def get Natty's vote. Matt always talked about getting rid of the undeserving and the floaters. Adam is both. The 2 hoh comps that Baller won were luck. Plus Ryan had Matty's back when he b/d James instead of Matty. You know Natty is thinking "What do I do? What do I do?" right now and Matty is telling her "Vote for Ryan Bitch!" And you know she is gonna. So I think it will go 4-3 for Ryan to win it all. So I don't think it will come down to a popularity contest. It's not like Ryan is E.D. Adam & Ryan are pretty even when it comes to popularity. Plus, I can't see the BB winner being somebody who puts their fingers into so many of their own orifices on national tv.

Ryan should win...Chelsea gave Adam some good advice when she left the BB house.....ADAM GET A BACK BONE!!!! He let Natalie control him when he was HOH, he has let Ryan control him when he was HOH....Adam can't think for himself and he doesn't deserve the money!

Merve, I was voting for Sharon and Ryan all the way! Unfortunately, I don't care who wins now, as the three of them are backstabbers and liers. However, Ryan knew he had no chance up against Sharon being in the last two, as she is America/Canada's sweetheart and for sure the jury would have voted for her!
Sheila, shouldn't even be there in the final three period.
And the hypocrites ( Natalie and Adam ) Taking God's name in vain for their own selfish reasons! Sharon proved to be the " True " Christian. Those other two just went overboard. Adam lying through his teeth while reading the bible!! Shameless idiot.
Oh well, since somebody has to win. I guess now, I would have to chose Ryan. Adam's a wimp and Sheila's a lost cause!
looking forward to the new season BB. And I'm happy to know that God is still in the hearts of others. I trust they don't just use God, for their own selfish gain?
And show they are the true Christians, as Sharon is.

I'm wanting Adam to win since Ryan has become so arrogant and big headed, but as long as Sharon and Sheila don't win then thats fine by me.
