  • Boyd Coddington: He was a custom car designer and star of TLC's American Hot Rod. A former machinist at Disneyland, he opened up Boyd's Wheels in 1988 and won several awards for his car designs. He died of complications from surgery at age 63 in Whittier, CA.

  • Leonard Rosenmen: He was a veteran, award-winning composer of music for episodes of such TV shows as Combat, The Alfred Hitchcock Hour, The Defenders, The Twilight Zone, Marcus Welby, M.D., and Amazing Stories. He also composed music for the big screen, including Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, Barry Lyndon, Bound For Glory, Rebel Without A Cause, East of Eden, The Crowded Sky, The Jazz Singer, Fantastic Voyage, Hell is for Heroes, A Man Called Horse, Battle for the Planet of the Apes, and Beneath the Planet of the Apes. He died of a heart attack at age 83 in Woodland Hills, CA.

  • Carl Pingitore: He was a veteran editor and producer who edited such TV shows as The Virginian, Sugarfoot, and 77 Sunset Strip, McCloud, and produced such shows as Fantasy Island and the From Here To Eternity miniseries. He was also an associate producer on Dirty Harry and an editor on Play Misty For Me, The Marcus-Nelson Murders, and Beg, Borrow or Steal. He died at age 84 in California.

  • W.C. Heinz: He was a journalist and author who wrote on a variety of topics since the 1940s, from sports to war. He's probably most famous to TV fans for co-writing the novel M*A*S*H (under the pseudonym Richard Hooker). He died at age 93 in Bennington, VT.
