(S10E03) "Oh my God, I'm getting so annoyed with all of these girls!" - Allison

The full quote was too long to put here in the intro. Allison went on to say that she wants to strangle all of the other girls on regular basis and that she's not really threatened by any of them. Allison is convinced that she's light years ahead of everyone else thanks to all the experience she's had modeling in her lengthy 19 years of life.

While Allison is an extremely pretty girl, she's just got to go! The I'm-so-much-better-than-these-other-girls attitude she's been displaying since day one pretty much makes her the ugliest girl on the show, and that's saying a lot with Dominique still in the running. Can I get an "oh snap"?

I'm sure a lot of you agree with me. Allison has been extremely cocky since day one, and cockiness typically equates to a one-way ticket to bootville if history is taken into account.

I found Allison so annoying this episode, I almost liked it when Fatima made the comment about Allison having a much larger ass than her, which caused Allison (who struggled with Anorexia in the past) to worriedly wrap a measuring tape around her waist. Seriously?! This girl has a weight issue? I've seen dandelion stalks with more substance to them. What in the hell is wrong with this waif?



Anyhow, Fatima pushes more buttons than a bank teller and I've about had it with her mouth. While I'd love to dropkick Allison out of the house, I find Fatima much more annoying than Allison.

I don't quite understand why someone who's been through such anguish would find it necessary to impart anguish on other individuals. Some may call it a defense mechanism. I call it bitchy. Allison didn't help the matter any more when she made the "black" comment, but Fatima still wins in the bitchiness competition.

Moving on, the girls found themselves at Wal-Mart where they had five minutes to shop for makeup to create their own unique look. Claire ended up winning thanks to the fact that her application of the makeup seemed to mesh well with what the CoverGirl reps were looking for. Good for Claire. I like her quite a bit even if she drinks her own breast milk. I'm still not sure if she was kidding about that by the way.

The Makeovers

And now it's time for my favorite part of every Top Model season! It's makeover time, and I"m beside myself trying to figure out what they're going to do with some of the girls.

Anya - platinum and long
Whitney - sexy curly long blonde thick hair (hot!)
Aimee - bangs and red
Marvita - horse mane hair weave (her hair went from worse to much worse, it's half mullet and half mohawk so I will now dub it, the mullethawk)



Lauren - long blonde weave with reddish highlights (hot)
Miss J - No comment
Katarzyna - same hair but darker
Claire - shaved on both sides and blonde on both sides (cute)
Fatima - chestnut brown and weaved down, down, down
Allison - lighter hair and a little bit of weave
Dominique - cut to a little below her ears and darker
Stacy-Ann - short and spiky to bring out her features
Amis - long blonde weave (umm, again?)

The Photo Shoot

This week's photo shoot used New York City and the Brooklyn Bridge as the backdrop. On top of that, Elle Macpherson let the girls know that they'd be modeling her intimate line of lingerie during the shoot. This is terrible news. You mean, I have to watch the girls in garments that barely cover their naughty bits for the next 10 minutes? This is like a dream job!



As much as it pains me to say it, I'm totally loving Fatima's new look. She looked absolutely gorgeous in this photo shoot, and did a pretty good job despite appearing a little uncomfortable at first. I still can't wait for her to leave though.

Some other highlights of the shoot involved Whitney being stuffed inside of a corset but still taking some great shots, Katarzyna posing like she was at a strip joint (seriously all she was missing was a pole and my outstretched fist clenching a dollar), and Allison talking about destroying the other girls with her experience but posing the entire time. I'd like Allison a lot more if she never opened her mouth.

Strange that my intro singled out Dominique and Allison and it comes down to these two, and like that--Allison and her crappy attitude got the boot. I'm going to miss looking at her for the rest of the season, but I'm not going to miss listening to her. Good riddance.

My apologies for having this up three days late. My cable provider kind of screwed me over on Wednesday by preempting America's Next Top Model with Big 12 basketball. I'm going to try and keep a better eye on that so I can attempt to find a cover if it happens again. See you next Wednesday.
