Here are the weekly TV ratings, by number of viewers.
There's good news and bad news about this list. The good news is that we live in a world where a great show like Lost, now in its fourth season and in a new time slot, can still come in at #4. The same thing with 60 Minutes, which has been on forever. The bad news? We live in a world where Deal Or No Deal takes up three of the top twenty spots (including two in the top ten). Ugh.
1. American Idol - Tues (FOX)
2. American Idol - Weds (FOX)
4. Lost (ABC)
5. Extreme Makeover (ABC)
6. Deal Or No Deal - Mon (NBC)
7. Survivor (CBS)
8. 60 Minutes (CBS)
9. Sunday Movie (NBC)
10. Deal Or No Deal - Thurs (NBC)
11. Two and a Half Men (CBS)
12. Daytona 500 (FOX)
13. NCIS (CBS)
14. Deal Or No Deal - Weds (NBC)
15. CSI (CBS)
16. Law and Order (NBC)
17. New Adventures of Old Christine (CBS)
18. Without A Trace (CBS)
19. Cold Case (CBS0
20. Dance War (ABC)

looks like "prison break" has taken a nose dive! i don't see it on the list here despite the fact that it's so-called "season" finale may be the series "finale" (GASP!)

Lost is great news. Jericho is horrible news. Seriously, not even in the top 20? What the fuck is wrong with America?

I think the fact that Jericho has had such a long delay before new episodes were broadcast hurt the ratings as does being on at 10PM ET now. Remember the show originally was on at 8PM ET.

I think it's the fact that Jericho has a great storyline that sadly the writers can't write for.
And don't get me started on the "acting" on that show.
Deal or No Deal has to be the worst show on TV. There is no point at all to it. At least American Idol has singing.

Yeah, it's too bad about Jericho, but I can't say I'm suprised. While I'm grateful we got 7 more episodes, I never bet on getting more than that. I wish we'd get 7 more Journeyman episodes, too, to tie up loose ends.

It is evident that Jericho isn't in the top 20 but just where DID it end up? To be fair, there aren't ANY shows on this list except for "Old Christine" that don't already dominate the ratings regardless of the strike. I mean, seriously, did anyone really expect this list to read any differently? The real news is further down the ratings list to see how some of the mid season replacement shows fared. I could rattle off a whole list of shows that aren't Top 20 shows that are still great performers for the networks - "Medium" comes to mind as a start.
So, any chance we can get a "highlights" report for many of the shows TV Squad is reviewing such as Cashmere Mafia, Medium and Jericho and then compare that with last year's or pre-strike ratings where applicable? Now that would be interesting!

I heard that Jericho will have two season ending shows made. One in case the show is renewed and one in case its cut. The cut end will make everything come together.

Will Boston Legal and Cashmere Mafia be back on TV anytime soon. I miss them and miss many of the very good programs that are now missing from night time TV.
