Big Brother 9: Live feeds report - Feb. 18

Sharon from Big Brother 9It's President's Day in the Big Brother 9 house. I'm sure our favorite houseguests plan to set aside some time today to discuss their favorite presidents and how they've changed the course of history for the nation. Perhaps they'll talk about their favorite presidential quotes.

I guess it's possible they might be a tad less scholarly and they'll just sit around around talking about their favorite movies which featured fictional presidents.

Or maybe I'm just wasting space here before the jump so spoilers aren't on the main page. Yes, I cannot tell a lie. That's it. These houseguests don't care about Presidents Day ... and show spoilers are after the jump!

The biggest actual upcoming show news which hasn't aired yet is all about the Power of Veto. That was won by Mattalie. Er, I mean Natalie and Matt. In yesterday's PoV ceremony, they declined to use it. So, Jen/Parker and Allison/Ryan remain on the block.

Most of the day yesterday was uneventful. Oh, there was a tiff here and there. At one point Natalie was in tears because Amanda called her a whore. Well, she hasn't taken any money for her under-the-covers doings for Matt, she's done them for free! That's so much better, right? I personally don't think Amanda should talk about anyone else with the way she's all over Parker.

But the real stuff o' interest went down in the evening hours. Here's the skinny:
  • Matt told Parker and Jen how he's playing Allison -- telling her she's hot, letting her think she's his friend, etc. He doesn't think she's going home and wants her to think he's her ally.
  • James told Alex that everyone hates Amanda. Alex said that he's told her to shut up before and others have come to him telling him who he'll vote out if there's a tie because she told them.
  • Natalie went on and on (and on and on) about how much she hates Amanda.
  • Chelsia took up Natalie's cause and confronted Amanda. Uh-oh!
  • Cat fight! Cat fight!
  • Alex tries to break it up; Amanda is driven to tears and hysterics because Joshuah and Chelsia said something about giving her a noose (remember, suicide father).
  • Then Parker and Alex got into their own fight. Parker heard that Alex won't vote to save him in the case of a tie and had a tantrum. Of course, that goes back to Amanda's loose lips. In the midst of her fight, she yelled out about the votes.
  • Alex got even more upset with his "soulmate."
  • Then the whole story that Amanda told Parker that she awoke and Alex was touching her in a very personal way came out. It was actually more of a mutual groping incident, but she told Parker he took advantage of her.
  • The whole house gets into an uproar about Amanda and she went off to the Diary Room for over an hour and a half.
  • When she came out, she said goodnight to everyone. Joshuah replied with an expletive. Yikes.
  • She said America will see Joshuah saying she should kill herself like her father did.
  • Jen told Amanda that Alex is scared to go near her because she told everyone he touched her.
  • Amanda says she'll sleep on the floor but Matt and Alex come up and take out Alex's stuff.
  • Amanda told Parker and jen that Alex says they'll be surprised by the voting Wednesday.
  • Amanda cries some more.
  • Allison screamed at Ryan because she thinks Jen talked about her outfit in the Diary Room. (Houseguests, do not discuss your Diary Room sessions with other houseguests.)
  • Matt and Natalie now want to be in an alliance with Sheila and Allison.
  • Now it looks like the vote has turned -- if all stays this way (which might not happen), the votes would be for Parker and Jen to go home.
  • Parker claims he won't do any interviews after he gets the boot.

It's all a ball of confusion. As I mentioned before, these people are whacked.
