The television show Lost now has some musical groupies. A band calling itself "Previously on Lost" is doing musical recaps of episodes, just in case you missed watching it and want the recap to a beat.Their first song "We're Goin Home" is a pleasant, catchy tune sung in a grating group voice that makes me want to destroy my External Auditory Canals rather than hear another note. If the band is going to continue in this style, they may win the musical equivalent of the Razzies.
That being said, I think they're doing the songs for a laugh which I can respect. Perhaps the singing is intentionally bad? I don't know. It says a lot about Lost that its fanbase is willing to do silly stuff like this.
Perhaps "Previously on Lost" can move to other shows? I keep finding myself missing episodes of 30 Rock and Friday Night Lights. Musical recaps may be the wave of the future!
