Bridgestone: "Squirrel in the Road"
Took awhile to get there, but nevertheless a squirrel in the middle of the road, having just chased a nut there, screaming as a car is barreling down on it, followed by various other animals screaming in the forest until we ultimately get to the female passenger of the car screaming. The driver, however, simply maneuvers around the small animal and carries on his way. Good tires give you that kind of control. Great commercial, gets your attention, screaming animals are always funny and you'll remember it's all about the tires.

Was it just me, or was the screaming montage lifted from the French movie Amelie. If you've seen it, you know which one I'm talking about.
I don't have the movie or I'd double check, but it sounded like the speed, tone, volume, etc. of the screams was lifted from that.

I was the buzz kill guy after this commercial aired. Every year, a lot of people get into accidents when trying to dodge squirrels and stuff in roadways. The squirrel may not get hurt, but people run off roads hitting trees and oncoming traffic all the time because they don't just drive through the object on the roadway.
