This week we have: Chuck, Friday Night Lights, Jericho, Lost and Smallville. (SPOILERS FOLLOW!)
Chuck
- In "Chuck Versus the Undercover Lover," SugarBear (aka Casey) will need to face his past when his ex-girlfriend, whom he thought died in a bombing, resurfaces. After much pestering from Chuck, Casey opens up about his relationship with the woman. Things go from ugly to uglier when Casey learns she is about to marry one of Russia's arms dealers. Meanwhile, Morgan plays therapist for Ellie and Capt Awesome after they disagree on which anniversary gift to buy for themselves. [Source: TV Squad]
- In "Chuck Versus the Marlin," Chuck finds a CIA bug at the Buy More. After cleaning out the store, Casey and Sarah discover more bugs and the fact that the receiver was also located in the store. Together, they try to find the receiver before the CIA gets its hands on it and discover who Chuck is. If they don't succeed, Chuck will be relocated in a permanent holding cell. Big Mike is in despair when his Marlin fish is stolen. Meanwhile, Capt Awesome is ready to propose to Ellie and asks Chuck to hide the ring. As expected, the ring disappears... [Source: TV Squad]
- The battle for Lyla is about to get very interesting as Riggins is not throwing in the towel. Julie will not be a happy camper when her mother bonds with Tyra while coaching the volleyball team. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
- The first three episodes of the season will mostly focus on the plot. There will also be some lovely developments for at least two beloved citizens of Jericho. Jake and Emily are together and happy. Heather will turn into quite the hero. Gail Green will return in one episode near the end of the season. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- Someone we thought was killed in the season finale will turn up very much alive in the season premiere. Other "out of place" objects (like the four-toed statue) will turn up both on and off the island. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
- One of the survivors who made it off the island with Kate and Jack will be ID'd in the season premiere. We will learn who else was rescued in the first eight episodes. Those who made it off the island will need to lie about what really went on after the crash and on the island. Sawyer will be cautious about the people coming to rescue them because he's come to the realization that there really is nothing back home for him. Episode 4 will shed a light on why Kate was not in jail in the flash-forward. [Source: printed edition of TV Guide]
- In "Siren," Green Arrow returns and proves himself to be quite the skillful thief. Lana finally tells Clark the truth about Lionel and the woman who died. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
- In "Fracture," Lois plays an important role in finding the missing Kara. In order to save Lex, Clark will somehow "enter" Lex's mind. While "inside," Clark encounters a side of Lex that he thought was gone forever. [Source: KryptonSite]

Who needs Jericho spoilers? The first three episodes can be found on the internet if you know where to look.

So, did you guys get advanced copies of the episode, read a press release, or did you also happen to see the new Chuck episodes air Monday night in Canada (or on torrents after they aired here, as I presume they've been uploaded)?
