You know, I could say something smarmy about auditions for FOX's So You Think You Can Dance and how it is part of the ever-growing list of reality shows that are gracing the networks. But, since so many people take it seriously, and reality television will be status quo for the time being, and the public will want to be thoroughly entertained by its reality television, it's probably not a laughing matter anymore.
So, to get all serious on your tushies, venues for the previously announced Dance auditions have finally been released and can be found at the show's website. The casting call begins on January 17th at the McFarlin Memorial Auditorium in Dallas, Texas and end on March 20th at The Milwaukee Theatre in, you guessed it, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Registration at each venue will begin at 8:00 AM.
For those who are traveling to the audition cities from out of town, plan to stay at least two days following the auditions in event of a callback. For those of you who are going to audition...good luck. For those of you who aren't going to audition...why? I mean, there isn't anything good on television anyway!
Ah, there's the smarm.

How about you keep the smart ass remarks to yourself?
This show has been on the year 3 years now, this year will be the 4th, and it's still the best reality show on TV. The people on the show are actually good, unlike American Idol.
And if you don't like the show, or reality TV, then why report on it at all?

Where are my smart-ass comments, Clay? I was serious when I said that people should go and try out for this show. I didn't say anything denegrating the program. Frankly, I think it works well on the network and I would probably watch it over American Idol any day.
