Ron Moore has offered a few new spoilers with regards to season 4 of Battlestar Galactica. Much of it can be determined from a two-page spread in Entertainment Weekly (the one with Matthew Fox on the cover). Or you can see the two-page spread directly from here.I know that in today's Internet-laden society, it's tough for anything entertainment-related to remain secret, but it sure says something when the creator of the show offers goodies about the show's final season.
Spoilers after the jump...
So apparently we now know who the last Cylon isn't. Based on the EW photo and Ron Moore's statements (like the fact that hint #10 in the photo is a blank space and is supposed to represent the last Cylon), the last Cylon is not Baltar, Lee, Starbuck, Roslin, Adama or Helo.
I didn't think that Baltar was a Cylon. They let that storyline go on a little too long to make it a possibility. I always figured that the last Cylon was Boxey (despite only having a cameo in the new series' pilot). Or maybe it's that little mechanical dog Muffit from the original 1978 series. The possibilities are endless.
According to Scifi.com, Battlestar Galactica returns in March 2008.

Dualla seems like a good bet, as if you consider her relationship with Lee and his demeanor in the photo ... maybe?
Gaeta perhaps?

I was thinking it would be Gaeta until I actually looked at the photo. I think Duella is a good guess since the empty spot is right next to Lee.

Oh wow! I'm so excited by that one photo. That photo says SciFi April 4, so I wonder if that's when the new season starts or if something big happens on that day. I wish I hadn't let my EW subscription run out.

I would say that is when the first episode of season 4 starts. The promos keep saying "March" but knowing scifi on 3/28 they will air a 'Story so far' or 'making of...' type show and then not begin real episodes until the week after.
I am just really glad the speculation on who the final cylon is can be put to rest on it being anyone in that shot.

That spread in EW looks very "Last Supper" like. The person missing in would be Judas (in the painting). Ron Moore and Co. love to do little tie-ins and whatnot, but most of the time they don't relate real well to what is actually happening on the show, so idk.

wait I thought we'd already found out that Starbuck was a cylon when she came back from the dead in the season finale, and that it was confirmed when the hybrid talked to the Pegasus gal at the end of Razor.

Starbuck has never been confirmed to be a Cylon. Her return is still (and probably will be for sometime) steeped in mystery. The Hybrid's warning about Starbuck proved nothing about her status.

I thought Gaeta too (and I don't know why it still couldn't be) but recently I re-watched the first 3 seasons and thought that Ellen was a good candidate. When Baltar tested her with his Cylon tester he was very sly and gave Six an "I'll never tell" answer. Of course that means he would know who one of the Final Five has been all along, but that's a minor consistency point and they've glossed over stuff like that in the past.

You have the picture up, and you don't bother to read the magazine? The final season starts April 4th, not March, and in it it explains that maybe the finale person is at the table. I say it's Richard Hatch as the final Cylon.

scifi.com does say it returns March 2008. It may be coming back in April as reported by EW, but the writer isn't wrong and I think it's better to check the actual source than cite a magazine that covers the source.

Thanks Akbar. It is growing tiresome. I'll never look at the popular black cookie with white frosting inside the same way again.

I don't think it would be Gaeta. Remember the chick reaction to the final five... must be someone higher. But since it's neither Adama nor Roslin...
Plus, Gaeta/Duella would be way too anticlimatic for a revalation...

Granted, it has not been confirmed at all but I think it is a safe bet that who D'Anna saw in the temple and said sorry to is either Tigh (for taking out his eye) or Anders (for almost crushing in his skull with a giant piece of concrete)

Why not Doc Cottle?
I can't remember the quote precisely when he was talking to D'Anna about his operations on humans and cylons - but he indicated that it was right to be kind to both races.
The photo is a quite nice.

Doc is a good choice, but also anticlimactic I think.

Also, he told Roslin to pray when she was sick, and he was against the blood transfusion from Athena's baby.
"Maybe it's her time" Was he trying to hasten the prohecy?

Keith - How about this: Kendra Shaw - Maybe what contributed to her habit was that she was hearing Hendrix on the wireless...
