It's the day after Christmas. The mess of wrapping paper that was in my parents' family room is all cleaned up. The leftovers are sitting in Chinese food containers in the fridge. And I'm organizing all my presents! Along with the new swag, I received some Christmas cash. I'll most likely be spending mine at the outlets this week--I have my eye on a new Michael Kors wallet. However, not everyone who got money this holiday season has a plan for spending it like I do. So, if you too are in possession of holiday money, TV Squad is putting together shopping guides to help you spend your dough. I took television-related figurines. The following page lists 15 TV figures that you might find interesting. Along with the links, I included the price, a short description and the name of the website that carries it.
1. Figurine of Lincoln Burrows: Lincoln Burrows, played by Dominic Purcell on Prison Break, is shown in his street clothes. The figure costs $89.99 and is available through Sideshow Toys. I can't believe they have figures for this show. Not that they shouldn't have Prison Break figurines, it was just unexpected.
2. Figurine of Michael Scofield: Michael Scofield, played by Wentworth Miller on Prison Break is shown in his street clothes (the beige suit he spent most of season two in). I had to put in Michael since I included Lincoln. This figure is also $89.99 and offered by Sideshow Toys. And, no, the prison tattoo is not imprinted on the figure.
3. The Hatch Deluxe: This mini-diorama is of the infamous hatch from Lost. Jack, Kate, Hurley and Locke are also in the mini-diorama. The piece is $50.65 and offered by The Memorabilia Shop.
4. Tampa Bay Chopper: This mini-motorcycle is a collectible version of one of the famous choppers made on Discovery Channel's hit show American Choppers. It is only $9.95, a far cry from the price of real OCC custom bike. It is offered by CMD Store.
5. Michael Scott Talking Bobblehead: Now, doesn't this look fun? I have seen the Dwight bobblehead but I haven't seen any other characters from NBC's The Office be exalted to action figure status until now. The bobblehead is $24.00 and available through the NBC Universal Store.
6. Klingon Bird of Prey: I know there are so many Star Trek collectibles available but I couldn't have a list of TV figures without including at least one. Come to think of it, Star Trek figures could be a whole list unto itself. This collectible is $21.99 and available through Razor's Edge Collectibles.
7. Family Guy Figurines: This page over at CMD Store contains several collectibles based on the show. The prices range from $69.95 for a set of six to $12.95 for a Bertman action figure. Everyone needs a Family Guy figurine on their desk.
8. Talking Cartman Deluxe: The only thing better than a Cartman action figure is a talking Cartman action figure! This one will only set you back $29.95 and is offered by CMD Store.
9. South Park Action Figures Set: If you are looking for a little more South Park goodness and willing to part with more of your holiday loot, then check this out. You get the Hippie Exterminator Cartman, Damien, Mephesto, and Tweek. The set costs $59.95 and is available at CMD Store.
10. The Face of Boe: I had to include this for my husband who's a big Doctor Who fan. This model of the "oldest being in the Isop galaxy" costs $34.36 and is offered by the Memoribillia Shop.
11. D'oh, Nuts!: This limited edition figurine pays tribute to Homer Simpson's love of donuts. It isn't too pricy either. For only $19.95 you get lovable Homer standing on a scale eating a treat. This figurine is available through Collectibles Today.
12. Captain Malcolm Reynolds Mini-bust: This limited edition statue (only 1,000 made) pictures Serenity's Capt. Reynolds ready to shoot his officer's pistol. The statue is $49.99 and is offered by Razor's Edge Collectibles.
13. Six Mini-bust: This is definitely the sexiest figure on the list. This mini-bust pictures the famous Cylon from Battlestar Galactica in her revealing red dress. She is $39.99 and available through Razor's Edge Collectibles. Like Captain Malcolm Reynolds, this statue is also limited edition.
14. Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis Figures: This page contains several collectibles from both shows ranging from individual action figures to entire sets. Prices range from $12.95 to $42.95. All figurines are offered by CMD Store.
15. Lucy as Carmen Miranda: I had to put an I Love Lucy figurine on this list too. Like, Star Trek, I Love Lucy statues could fill up their own list. This statue pictures Lucy in her fruity headress and white ruffled skirt. The statue is $27.95 and offered by Giftapolis.
