Heroes didn't have time to complete more than 11 episodes, all of which have aired, before production was shut down due to writers' strike. However, it was confirmed the cast and crew had time to shoot some scenes for episodes 12 and 13 (other sources say they had time to shoot part, if not all, of episodes 12 to 16!). TV Guide's Michael Ausiello reports that Tim Kring presented a new trailer at the Jules Verne Adventure Film Festival of Los Angeles, which includes some of those yet-to-air scenes.At the end of the last new episode, Heroes fans were treated with a "Volume III" sneak peek which revealed that the title of the next volume would be "Villains" and that Sylar got his powers back. The video below may be of poor quality, but it does give a glimpse at what's in store for some of the characters when the series returns. The trailer is mostly Sylar-centric but we do see Elle, H.R.G., Angela Petrelli, Hiro, Ando, and Bob. We see someone strapped on a table, a wrecked car, and much more, but I wasn't able to identify the characters. If your eyes are better than mine, post below the info you were able to extract from the preview.

Try unplugging your keyboard, Mike. Plugging it back in should reset your capskey, if it isn't physically damaged somehow. In other words, it should make it so you can't turn caps on, but at least it won't be on for everything.

There is indeed supposed to be a lot of changes when the series resumes. Tom Kring said he was sorry for the mishaps of the first part of S2 and said the second part will look more like S1.

Wow! I had not heard the rumor that there could be more Heroes episodes already tapped. Maybe NBC will be able to air them sometime next year!!! I cannot tell what's going on in the vidoe - sorry.

Wow, that does look good. I didn't realize that Elle would be around for more than a few episodes. This will be great when it comes out. I'm excited for the writers to come back to work, I bet this strike will give them time to think up great new ideas.
NBC give them what they deserve, I miss Heroes. Monday nights are not the same.

I like that Sylar is the center b/c he (although crazy) adds a ton to the show and is one complex guy. i hope nathan is around. if matt could survive 5 bullets, nate can survive 2...and he has Adam's blood flowing through him. that counts.
anyway, hurry up! Bring on Chapter 3 folks! Since Timbo knows all the mistakes they made in season 2, that only leaves hope for this awesome show.

Sylar breaks out a bunch of villains that the company/council of elders locked away, all that are as evil/powerful as he is. A. Patrelli shows up in time to see their silhouettes, and looks terrified as the camera shifts and Sylar is standing behind her.
The only question is whether she'll live to tell the tale. I'm guessing Sylar and the others will spare her so she can tell Peter, or something along those lines. Just a thought
