SPOILERS FOLLOW!
Last week Isabelle showed you the trailer for the upcoming fourth season of Lost, which bows on January 31 (it's on Thursdays at 9 this season). Now ABC has released a longer look at the new season, and it has a lot of juicy clues and tidbits for fans (I'll say again, don't read on if you don't want to be spoiled!).
There are several moments that stick out for me. Hurley talking about leaving the island and being "free." It's never a good thing when someone on a show like this openly talks about living; the creepy way the guy from the boat says that rescuing them "is not our primary objective;" and is that Naomi in one of the scenes, alive and well (not to mention Jack's dad sitting in a seat)?!
Also, someone on the web says that the reflection in the Lost logo at the end of the trailer shows a city skyline. Does anyone else see that? Maybe I should stand on my head and see if it shows up for me better because I'm not sure I see it that clearly.
Interestingly, this new video doesn't show one key scene from the earlier, shorter video: Charlie standing in front of Hurley, which I'm assuming is one of those "friend comes back from the dead to talk to someone" plots we see on every show nowadays.

Yep, I see that. It's subtle but it reflects in the ocean at the very end.
That extended trailer is so much better! When combining the two versions together we will get a good set of clues to make us go crazy until the premiere airs!

Yes definitely a city skyline. Some will leave? Well thats obviously Kate and Jack and 4 other people (someone said something about "The Oceanic 6"). I wonder if that will happen at the end of this season and then the next two seasons will be those people trying to get back to the island? I don't know.

Subtle? That skyline is pretty overt! And it shows for close to three seconds!

What I want to know is... if people are coming back to life after being killed on the island... why didn't Boone, Shannon, and others come back to life?

Ben is in the coffin. If you watch Part one of the finale you see Ben writing in a journal while he is sitting in a tent at their camp. When Jack goes to the funeral you see the same journal on a table next to the coffin. It has to be Ben. That explains why Kate wouldnt go.

It's a shame this will only be half a season.
And It makes you wonder how they will continue this for 3 more seasons. A few people get off the island, do they try to get back? Will we ever understand the island? Let's hope so.

Do you know for sure that this is only half a season? When 24 comes on in January they run 24 episodes with no reruns in between. I wonder if they will do that with Lost.

I'm really hoping it won't turn into LOST IN THE CITY.
I tune in for the adventure part of the show and I really don't want to see them well groomed and not in mortal peril. That would be a bore.

Well groomed? Did you see Jack in the finale from last season? ;)

Akbar :) He looked like a cave man - excellent. But you know what I mean, if anyone of our beloved crash survivors spends too much time in the city, things are bound to get physically easier for them (booze drinking nonwithstanding).

Umm you know I don't think that is a skyline. I think it is the survivors standing in a line like on every other promo LOST has done. Not sure though.
