This week we have: Brothers & Sisters, Dirty Sexy Money, Grey's Anatomy, Heroes, Lost, Numb3rs, Reaper and Smallville. (SPOILERS FOLLOW!)
Brothers & Sisters
- Jason will be back to help his brother during the campaign, Kevin's friends will try to convince Sarah to sign the divorce papers, Saul may hook up with a man and it is possible a Walker is not a Walker after all... [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- There are rumors about a Karen/Simon affair and that Nick will find out about it. Brian will be suspended from the ministry. Carmelita will disappear. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- Rose will be sticking around until at least episode 11 (the last they completed before the strike). She'll be a big part of the plot when Derek calls on her to help save a surgery. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- In episode 11 (or around it) someone other than Meredith will be doing the narration because of something tragic. Ausiello says that the narrator is *a*l**... looks like Bailey to me. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
- In the upcoming episodes, two more heroes die and at least one of these deaths may stick. Mohinder will get his hands on a syringe that contains something powerful enough to resurrect someone. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- Episode 7 is a Jin-Sun episode that features a flash-forward element. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
- According to a Korean article, the title of episode 7, which is Jun and Sun-centric, will be titled "Jiyeon." Yunjin Kim reveals that this is the name of Sun and Jin's baby and that Jiyeon is usually a name given to Korean females. [Source: Lost Spoilers]
- Episode 8 will feature a freighter, what looks to be a flashback set in New York, and a scene where Michael meets Mr. Friendly in a narrow alley. The latter scene involves a gun and a fistfight. [Source: Hawaii Blog]
- Amita and Charlie test if they can live together in episode 4.12 when she needs a place to stay while her apartment is being fumigated. [Source: TV Squad]
- In "Unseen," Sock and Sam move in together in a condo and have to deal with their mysterious neighbors. [Source: TV Squad]
- How Julian Luthor managed to still be alive will be revealed in episode 7.09 titled "Gemini." His survival has ties with, you guessed it, a project titled "Project: Gemini." [Source: Kryptonsite]

@ Brian: I think it's inferred from the spoiler that Mr. Friendly's appearance is during a flashback in the past when he crossed paths with Michael before the crash.
