Um, Brigitte, are you on the Warner Brother's lot? That looks like the backlot back where they shoot ER, but I could be wrong.

Well, I’m going to say California in that she passes several cars and the license plates, while whited out, are all white with black lettering. So that makes me think Cali since every other state insists on putting lame colors and/or pictures on their plates (Or slogans like North Carolina’s “First In Flight”. Woohoo, the last time anyone in your state did something cool was 1902. Way to go NC)
Plus there’s an abundance of green trees which isn’t something you find in most places, at least not in November (not to mention the fact that it looks hot and it’s been in the high 80s to low 90s in SoCal this week)
Moving along, the cart background has stylized lamps, windows, etc… plus she has a badge on which says to me Theme park or Back lot (also right before she gets to the white van there’s clearly a tour cart passing by). I’m going to guess backlot because (a) the first two buildings she passes (the ones that form a corner) are really close together with tubing that wouldn’t be legal on an actual building and (b) what appears to be the front of those buildings is very stylish (something you don’t see in the real work a lot)
Then we get the most obvious clue which is overhead train tracks. Followed by the second most obvious clue which is a truck full of stage flats going by (for those that don’t know flats are just fake walls that are used in stage construction because they are easily reconfigurable).
So in conclusion…I have no idea what the #@$% going on (or what any of it has to do with Halogen for that matter)
Though I have to say erik’s guess is probably as good as I can come up with. The train part does look the WB lot and if you look at the tour cart as it pulls away there’s a black dot on the back of it. The tour carts on the Warner Bros. backlot have a black and white WB symbol on the back of their carts which would look just like that on a blurry web video.

Les Moonves of CBS is whimpering mush when it comes to reporting hard news that might offend the Bush Administration. When Rather surfaced documentation confirming Bush's AWOL status and his having gotten into the Air National Guard ahead of thousands of qualified candidates through GHWB's intervention, Les fired him rather than pursue the story. You do realize that Rather's documents, though questioned, were never proven to be false? Rather's suit is legitimate; CBS will not get a Summary Judgement.

The WB back lot is a long way to go for a Ciao Bella gelatto. Hope you had a smashing good time! My love to O'Hare... not.
