Wait, My Name is Earl is finished filming for the entire season? Is this true, or a typo?

The following info is based on casting information:
Back to You: 10 episodes written.
Dirt: Around 5 episodes written. Probably had time to wrap up 3.
Heroes: They started casting for episode 13 but that doesn't mean the script was completed. No episodes were shot beyond 11.
How I Met Your Mother: Shot episode 3.10. Script for 3.11 is in but I doubt they completed production.
Las Vegas: Should have completed episode 5.18. 5.19 script was completed but it's unknown if they shot it.
NCIS: They actually have 11 episodes written and started casting that 11th episode. It's unknown if they'll actually shoot it.
Notes from the Underbelly: 8 episodes at least written and more than likely completed.
Prison Break: 13 episodes completed, which means we will get 5 when the series returns in January.
Smallville: 15 episodes completed soon.
ER: 12 episodes should be completed.
Ghost Whisperer: 12 episodes written.
October Road: at least 12 written. They started casting episode 12 so maybe they'll complete it.
Psych: All episode 2 remaining episodes were completed so that season won't be affected.
Pushing Daisies: 9 episodes completed. The final episode can serve as season finale.
Reaper: Around 12 episodes written.
Shark: 12 episodes written, casting started for 12th episode.
The Shield: Complete final season in the can.
The Unit: 10 episodes completed. Maybe an 11th.

Life: They are currently casting for episode 11.
Moonlight: They are currently casting for episode 11.
My Name Is Earl: About 12 episodes written.
Womens' Murder Club: They are currently casting for episode 10.

Regarding Earl, I've read that they finished for the season, but elsewhere I've read simply that 13 episodes are finished. I believe one thing I read implied there were only ever supposed to be 13 eps this season but I feel like if the season order had really been dramatically decreased I'd have read about it back when the third season renewal happened in the first place. I think more detective work is needed on that one.

For House, I'd say that it means 5 or 6 more, considering we've already seen at least 5.

Akbar, you are very wrong. They recently filmed the 10th episode, so the first half season is in the bag. Moore said that he was going to direct the 11th episode, a week or so ago, but obviously now that's not happening and he makes it seem that production is shut down.

With all these shows soon to be dropping like flies, hopefully they'll let October Road run all the way through. And I hope it's a hard candy Christmas for the writers.

Oreo, why do you have to be such a rude jerk all the time?
Like I said, what I listed was rumor from what I had heard. You having updated information is great but you could have phrased it a little nicer.
