This week we have: 24, 30 Rock, Chuck, Desperate Housewives, ER, Gossip Girl, Grey's Anatomy, Heroes, Lost, Smallville and Ugly Betty. (SPOILERS FOLLOW!)

- Episode 5 will introduce hard core General Juma who has been committing genocide in the made up country of Sangala, Africa. Rogue Secret Service Agent Vossless will also make his first appearance in this episode. He is in his mid 30s and said to be working for a DC group involved in a conspiracy. [Source: TV Squad]
- Liz's family, including an older brother, will soon pay her a visit. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
- A Christmas episode will revolve around the death of a man dressed as Santa who is appropriately named Kris Kringle. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
- Rachel Bilson's character will have an ex-boyfriend named Stavros who is said to be strong and Greek. Bryce will be working with Sarah, Casey and Chuck. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- The twister, set to hit Wisteria Lane on December 2, will kill two characters. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
- HIV-positive Jeannie Boulet will drop by the ER on January 10 to have her HIV-infected son checked out. She will not see eye-to-eye with County General's staff over the treatment her son should receive. Jeannie will eventually agree to let Pratt help her. Dr. Carter will appear in four episodes. - Serena's grandmother Celia will appear in episode 1.09. Celia is a wealthy and highly manipulative woman who lives for traditions such as debutante balls. Good for her that there is one happening! The episode also features a Belgian prince. [Source: TV Squad]
- George and Izzie will still be a couple in Episode 4.08. Around that same episode, Meredith and Derek are still sleeping with each other without being a serious couple. [Source: TV Guide]
- A mid-season episode will feature Robert Keep, a 30-year-old New Jerseyan; Lucy, a 16-year-old California girl. [Source: TV Squad]
- A new Hero is connected to another character and from Ausiello's hint, it seems that they are relatives. A major character will die but there is a twist to this death. Someone will be coming out of the closet... as a Hero. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
- Hurley will have an heroic moment in the season premiere. [Source: The Official Lost Magazine]
- In episode 4.04, a Kate-centric episode, Kate will go to trial and plead not guilty to a list of crimes, including murder, assault and weapons charges. [Source: Hawaii Blog]
- upcoming episode will feature a showdown at the Fortress of Solitude. This event will involve Clark, Kara and two other Kryptonians. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
- Henry and Betty will soon move in together. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
