This week we have: 24, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Heroes, Jericho, Prison Break, and Smallville. (SPOILERS FOLLOW!)
24
- The series is looking to cast the role of Alama Motobo, the wife of Ule Motobo (played by Isaach De Bankolé), the former Prime Minister of an African nation. While the couple is visiting Washington, people try to kidnap them. [Source: TV Squad]
- Joining the cast of 24 in the upcoming season as a recurring character will be Carly Pope as the president's son's girlfriend. [Source: Cynopsis]
- [Carly Pope's character will be] a suspect in the First son's disappearance. [Source: TV Guide]
- Mike's father, whom Susan think is dead, will soon pay his son a visit. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- Fairview residents will be under tornado watch in episode 4.09. A 10-year-old kid visits the Wisteria Lane residents to make a quick buck by selling them bottle of waters and other emergency goods at extremely high prices. [Source: TV Squad]
- Mike's old drug habit will resurface and his drug dealer is rumored to live on Wisteria Lane. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
- An upcoming episode will feature a plastic-surgery patient who has sex with a constipated patient. The act will relieve his constipation. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- Dr. Hahn will stir the pot when she returns in the October 25 episode. She'll make a controversial decision that will cause a rift between Cristina and Izzie. Also, the repercussions from "Gizzie" will have Callie and Cristina bond in an unexpected way. Someone will be fired from his/her current position. Someone from Meredith's past returns later this fall and Derek gets a potential new love interest. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
- Two new characters will be introduced in order to flesh out Micah and Monica's storylines: Officer Warren, who could become a love interest for Monica; and Knox, a bad guy. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
- The main characters will fight for their lives against an opponent much bigger than they are. Heather is not dead. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- A new female character will be introduced later on this season. She is named Molly and is said to have suffered a recent lost, which will prompt Michael and her to bond. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
- During the episode "Action," Lois will be sent to Smallville to cover the shooting of a "Warrior Angel" movie; however, she'll be more interested in a story involving the Luthors. While on the set, Clark will receive a red cape as a gift. [Source: Kryptonsite]

We knew Heather wasn't dead, because we saw her at the medical camp in the Jericho season finale. In fact, she was the one who helped convince the soldiers to head to Jericho. What happens when they get there is another story, but as of the season finale, she was alive.

After being loyal for over 2 seasons, I have given up on Prison Break. Killing Sara off was just stupid. This 'Molly' character is too little, too late.
I might just go back and watch season 1 again - it was really the only good season to begin with.
