And this is why NBC is still a "hit" show. Top 20 and actually the #1 NBC show (not counting football).
So it may be doing "just okay" but for NBC it's a big hit.
Also yay for Pushing Daisies.

And by my first "NBC", I meant Heroes. Way to not edit a post, Ryan.

Either television is really working hard at sucking these days, or my viewing habits have changed drastically over the past decade. There is only one show on this Top 20 List that I view regularaly (House). Although that may be because I'm simply waiting for the box sets of Heroes and Desperate Housewives, so I don't watch either of them. Oh, and I'm not counting football. I watch that off and on, depending on which teams are playing.

I'm actually surprised that COLD CASE makes the top 20. Even for the procedural it is, I wouldn't put it past CSI:NY...and I do watch CC, but only because not much else is on Sun night.
I also don't see BIONIC WOMAN on the list...which I'm happy about. Good job for PUSHING DAISIES, hopefully they can keep the viewers next week.

Heroes cheated on this list right? aka is this the list where you get more views if you air the show twice with the same commercials?

I don't think so AJ. By Heroes airing "twice", do you mean the second airing on Scifi? I don't know why you would think the ratings for that airing would be grouped with the original showing on Monday. And besides, I doubt the ratings on Friday night on Scifi channel would change the original ratings by more than a fraction of a point.
Those ratings are something. The top new original show, period, is Pushing Daisies!!! It beat out Private Practice and Heroes! I was sure this was going to be one of the first shows cancelled, with the quirky nature of the show, but with those ratings, I can't see it happening any time soon. We'll have to see how big the ratings drop is for yesterday's episode to say anything definitive, but those are damn impressive numbers by any measure.
Does anybody know how far down the rest of the original dramas are? Prison Break, K-ville, Life, Bionic Woman, etc.
