According to this article on Aint It Cool News, episodes of the Doctor Who spin-off The Sarah Jane Adventures have appeared on YouTube. Now, provided you have no problem with breaking international copyright law, you can watch them months before they appear on the SciFi Channel or BBC America or Nickelodeon or wherever the show winds up going.
This of course goes back to the old argument about creators or owners of a series having more control over their art. I find myself of two minds about this. On one hand, people should not illegally distribute other people's property over the Internet. On the other hand, I really like the fact that I can watch the series now anytime I want to.
I did manage to catch the pilot episode at the end of last year, "Invasion of the Bane" and enjoyed it. It's aimed at a younger crowd than the current Doctor Who, but it still doesn't talk down to the audience as I feel a lot of American TV does.
So, if you're a fan of Doctor Who or any generic mystery/horror/sci-fi program that is aimed at children, check out the link. Better hurry, though. It may not be up there for long.

I'll just illegally download them, I have no issue with that. I will most likely do that with Torchwood because I don't get BBC America, and this show isn't anywhere so screw them. Stick the show son networks people might get and we won't have to do this.

On the other hand, I'd rather wait two months than watch this on Youtube. (I like Youtube for things that I wouldn't ordinarly get to see, but for TV shows with decent production values....ugh! Just intolerable)
