Seinfeld's George Costanza and Elaine Benes are reunited after almost a decade apart! Okay, the characters won't be back together on the small screen (although I still dream of some sort of Seinfeld reunion special) but the actors will. CBS announced today that Jason Alexander would be reunited with Julia Louis-Dreyfus in an episode of CBS's The New Adventures of Old Christine. Spoilers after the jump!
Not much is known about the role Alexander will play but the press release confirms that he will portray a lizard handler for children's birthday parties. His character will go out on a date with Louis-Dreyfus' character, Christine. The episode will air midseason when Old Christine returns to CBS.
Jason Alexander's latest role in a TV comedy was as a principal in two episodes of The CW's Everybody Hates Chris.

Jason Alexander should stick to playing poker.
He hasn't been in anything funny since Shallow Hal and that wasn't him who made that one funny.
