SCI FI is trying to generate a little interest for its upcoming Battlestar Galactica movie, Razor, by letting the fans choose the DVD cover art. There are three options on this website. Personally, I'm torn between #1 and #2 and do not like #3 one bit. The third one looks fragmented, but it could be popular because it includes a picture of Starbuck.Razor is a two-hour, stand alone movie that chronicles what happened to the Battlestar Pegasus after the Cylons attacked Caprica. It does include appearances from major BSG cast members such as Adm. Adama, Starbuck, Apollo, Number Six, and Laura Roslin.
It premieres on Sci Fi on November 24th at 9 pm, and then will be released on DVD on December 4th. The DVD promises an "unrated" version of the movie, extended scenes, and "DVD exclusives". In other words, all the usual stuff we'd expect from a DVD.

My vote would be for #2, because it includes the Pegasus' logo. And I agree the choppiness of #3 is too distracting.

I voted 1, because I like the people and not the logo.

I chose 3 because it falls in line with previous sets. I like continuity ;)
However, if 2 or 3 is chosen, they better fix that terrible error on the Colonial Logo.

The problem with #3 is that you have the left side of Roslin's face bleeding into the right side of Michelle Forbes' (that's who that is, right?).
It might be intentional, some sort of hidden meaning, but more likely it's just poor placement, a bad design choice.

#3 gets my vote. It gives me the impression that Razor has more to it than the Pegasus/Cain story. I don't like the idea of the new character heavily marketed, even if she represents most of the storyline.

Definitely not A. I'm torn between B and C. B is a bit boring. And while C is a bit distracting, it looks more interesting and polished.

I reservedly chose B. I expect more out of Galactica than these semi-standard DVD designs. The whole "have all the main characters line up, maybe in a V formation" is way overdone on box art. Maybe focus more on the Pegasus symbol? Do something creative with the characters? I dunno. Surely an ad wizard somewhere can come up with something better than these choices.

Well Phish, based off of that the a good chunk of this film will be dealing with the Pegasus BEFORE she finds Galactica, there probably won't be much Baltar in it.
