Big Brother 8: Jen's dramatic exit interview

Big Brother's Jen-tastic Jensa MemberPerhaps it wasn't an interview. I'd say it was a Jenterview. Yeah, that's perfect! AOL's TV Tattler recently interviewed the last houseguest evicted from the Big Brother 8 house -- Jen Johnson.

You can say what you want about Jen. You can like her or hate her. But everyone has to admit she's surely a character. She boasts of being a bikini model and the nanny for Vanna White's children. She's Jen to the Jenth Degree!

I want to delve a bit into the interview at hand and give my two cents on it. Want to join me? After the jump ...

As Jen is the second member of the jury, although she vehemently didn't want to be on said jury, they couldn't mention America's Player in the interview. So don't expect any internet rumors about her supposed knowledge of Eric's evil doings on behalf of America in this interview.

I'm not surprised that right in the very first question, Jen said the dunking task for the HOH was kind of like still being in the house, but she wasn't. From what I saw on the feeds, all she wanted was to be in the house -- and on television. In the sequester house, she will have little camera time.

She said that she wanted to destroy the cigarettes of anyone who smoked in the house before she even went in. How to win friends and influence people, eh? I thought she had destroyed a pack or two before, earlier in the season. At least she confirmed that. I'm not going crazy. Well, at least not in that aspect.

She also said the cigarette burn inflicted in the brouhaha was just a "fake burn." Huh? You're burned or you're not burned. I know the night it happened she told Jameka it didn't burn her, she just got a black streak from the ash. I don't know. Maybe she did get burned and Amber had a vision she didn't, so it became a fake burn.

The tea-dumping incident? She said she feels sorry for Dick because he was acting like a 2-year old on national television. Oh, my. I guess that's one way to look at it. But it's very interesting that many of the things feeds-watchers and show-viewers were up in arms about really didn't faze Jen at all.

Yet, she was truly upset about her Memory Wall photo. She said she cried more about that than anything else in her entire time in the house. Well, it's a good thing she has her priorities straight, right?

She claims she's reconciled with being sent to the sequester house, but I think she might be just putting on a good front. The houseguests earn a $750 a week stipend for the time spent in sequester or in the house. Since she has a rather cushy position, that probably doesn't mean all that much to her and she'd probably rather be going about her Jentastic lifestyle. She admits to knowing Mike "Boogie" Malin's boss, but denied a ChillTown connection. She said she didn't get any advice from Mike and wouldn't have used it if she did. "I'm not that kind of person!"

In the "no kidding" category of questions, she said she loved the unitard. Now, if I don't see another unitard, red or otherwise, for the rest of my life, I'm okay with that. Had I received a red unitard to wear for a week, I'd cry more than Jen did over the Memory Wall picture. But, then again, Jen prides herself on being upbeat. I don't. And you can't make me wear a red unitard.
