Anna's video yesterday of the "Best of Tiny Fey" made me think about another "Best of" clip I saw this week. The "Best of Ralph Wiggum" video on YouTube contains the funniest Simpsons moments from our favorite dim-witted Springfield resident. At almost ten minutes long, the video (after the jump) seems to drag a little bit, but it contains plenty of classic moments to keep you chuckling. If you are -- or have ever been -- a Simpsons fan, this compilation will induce many golden feelings of nostalgia. The vid was edited by CurtisCroninProduct and has been viewed almost two million times.
Love him or hate him, Ralph Wiggum is sure to inspire some sort of feeling (creator Matt Groening said he was his favorite character). His non-sequiturs are brilliant in my psuedo-professional opinions. Very few characters in fictional history can get away with saying, "Oh boy! Sleep! That's where I'm a Viking!"
Now for you who don't know much about little Wiggum, let me drop a bit of knowledge on you. He first appeared during the first season in "Moaning Lisa," which remains my single favorite Simpsons episode. Ralph didn't become a major fixture until later in the series, propelling some of the best Simpsons episodes. There was the time Ralph fell in love with Lisa and she had to use a cross-dressing Bart unnecessarily offers to cross-dress as Lisa to break his heart and see Krusty live ("I choo choo choose you"). Or remember when Bart is forced to play with Ralph in ninth season's "This Little Wiggy"? Simpsons gold I tell you, yellow four-fingered gold.
So if you are jonesing for a Ralph fix, hopefully the video below will satisfy you until season 19 starts in September.

I'm sorry, but who could dislike the character of Ralph Wiggum. He truly is the only player in Springfield who's appearance is guaranteed to make me laugh. Seriously, if there are any Ralph haters here, please explain what your mental flaw is so that we can try and find you a cure.
