Today on TV Squad Daily:
- Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are all over the newest celebrity trend: multilingual babies.
- It's harder than it looks to host The Price is Right, and Drew Carey is lucky to just be wearing a soft cast after a recent accident on the set.
- Ashton Kutcher has come a long way since That 70's Show... kind of.

wait... did you just say Christine Auguillara is bi???
Sweet! Another one of my fantasies has just come true!
And whatever happened to celebs just adopting designer babys from Africa???
I knew that was Ashton Kutcher that fixed my grandma's sink on Saturday! At first I was like... why is Ashton Kutcher fixing my grandma's sink? Is he punk'ing her? But I was like naaaaaa... A list celebs don't fix sinks. Then my gram got the bill for the plumbing (Weekend rates).
She got punk'ed all right!
Okay I gotta run... Richard Dryfus is changing my plugs and toping off my fluids. Evidently he's got a part coming up as a Jiffy Lube rep.

Wait. Has Patrick passed the creepy mantel to some new guy? How do I know Daniel isn't Patrick posting under another name? Did Daniel just coincidentally pick the one day Patrick wasn't weird to be pervy, or did he sense a lack of lewdness and felt the need to fill the void himself?

Brigitte... for those of us who actually read the comments (and don't always post) could you just maybe let us know if you don't appriciate the "Your an angel" comments. Personally if it was me I would think that was sweet. Some of the others... I dunno. Anyways if you don't like them though you should speak up. Even a 10 second blurb would perhaps make a difference. If your trying to keep this from becoming some kind of 'cult of personality' thing, I understand. But trust me your in a losing fight on that one. Lol...

I don't see how you think it's lewd or pervy to say "You are an angel ! :)"? It sounds like a compliment to me. Just like if I was to say that Brigitte has beautiful eyes. It's a compliment.

@Jim – I don’t think it’s really fair to ask anyone in entertainment to take a side one way or the other in regards to the audience they are trying to entertain. To do so is to ask that person to offend a good portion of their audience and in doing so take away the entertainment value for those audience members
Further, though I don’t personally think Patrick is a danger (though I reserve the right to rib him in the future as if I did) there are those that are and breaking that fourth wall is generally not the best of ideas.
I say this from personal experience in that I have a friend who was on tour in a theatre production and she had a fan who wrote a letter to her from North Dakota. The contents of that letter looked a lot like some of the stuff posted in these comments. She wrote him a cordial reply and the next thing you know he was at her door in Southern California. Amazingly, he was very polite and after a somewhat creepy 5 minute exchange he went on his way but it’s a lesson about performers and audience interaction.
(Major “exception to the rule alert” on that story btw,
most people won’t drive from ND to CA but still)
Bottom line, at least as far as I’m concerned, is you should respect that it’s the best course of action for a performer to stay on their side of the screen even if they’d prefer not to. In the end it makes the performance more enjoyable for everyone
(pardon my couching my statements in theatre terms, it’s what I know)
Anyway, my 2 cents…

No offense to handymen 'cross the country, but I wonder what Ashton feels this experience will teach him? Job-shadowing a cop or an inner-city teacher is one thing...but tagging along for closet-door-installation? "Whew...I thought for a moment we brought the wrong size screws. That was a close one." Oh the stress of it all. I can't wait to see the movie...I just bet all his hard days of shadowing will really allow him to BE the handyman and we'll all sit back and be wowed at how incredibly believable he is for the role. I smell an Oscar.

7 days and 5 stitches later, I have returned from camping with my son... up on the Mason Dixon line, in fact.
I've caught up on last week's installments. I've also read a lot of the comments. (Man, I leave for a week, and people get down-right toxic, don't they?) Well, I'm back... a bit banged up, but still breathing!

2 cents can sure buy alot of B.S these days! sorry couldnt help it. I was handyman in my "I can fix the whole world" days. not a very glamorous job. so I chose skydiving/scubadiving instuctor instead. maybe they can make a movie about me R rated of course.... I wonder what on earth the plot could be. hopfully a bit deeper than That 70's show. Drew Carey already getting hurt on the job? maybe he needs a drug test or to stop testing drugs....

Oh Sean… it’s all about delivery buddy. If you’re just going to be sad, angry guy who says I’m full of “BS” it just comes off bitter and THAT is why girls don’t talk to you.
Here’s a trick, if you’re trying to get a one liner off say it in your head first and try to hear a drum beat after it. So, like in the situation above, if I were trying to mock me I would say something like…
2 cents, I wouldn’t even pay one cent for that *duh-dump-duh*
2 cents, that didn’t make any sense *duh-dump-duh*
(admittedly half-hearted attempts, I’m doing this off the top of my head)
But if we try yours…
2 cents can sure buy alot of B.S these days! *duh-dum…
See, the drummer stopped ‘cause that was lame. Next time try to use a play on words or something. Maybe watch Beverly Hills Cop…that might help (just make sure it’s the original, 2 and 3 left something to be desired)
