Remember a while back when we told you about Gordon Ramsay being sued by a restaurant manager who accused the celebrity chef of making up scenes and catastrophes for Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares? Here's an update.
A Federal Judge in Manhattan has throw the case out of court. However, this doesn't mean that the case is over. The two parties now have to go into abritration to resolve the conflict. And the lawyer for the restaurant manager says that he expects the case to go back to court at some point.
But it does mean that Ramsay is now free to film the next season of Kitchen Nightmares. The show airs in the U.S. on BBC America. I haven't seen the show yet but I hear that Ramsay is a little nicer in this one and there's a huge reduction in the amount of F-bombs thrown in the kitchen.

There will be a U.S. version on Fox in the fall to fill in until HELL'S KITCHEN returns next spring.

Your confusing two different shows with almost the same name which both star Gordon Ramsay. The show on BBC America is from England and called Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares.
The lawsuit was about the new Kitchen Nightmares show filmed in the US which will air on Fox this fall.

DEFINITELY watch the show on BBC America - Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares... it's easy to watch and actually he does some good to this restaurants - it does seem that he actually helps...
Basically he walks into a failing restaurant and tells them to pull their heads out of their asses and "This is what you have to do to pull yourself out of debt....."
and of course you have the backlash from the employees of the restaurant who don't want to change ...
it makes from great TV
I never watch BBC America, but in this case.... definitely worth it

BartmanDK you might want to read up on the history of this. The lawsuit was from someone who got fired from a restaurant that the show was filmed at. The complaint is Gordon Ramsay and the production crew created problems and lied to the owner and got this guy fired. It is not one of the restaurants suing him.
