As you might expect, we here at the Squad are more than ready for the fall season to start. After hearing about the new shows at the upfronts, watching the preview copies of the pilots, reading about the changes to various shows, and listening to the producers and actors promote new and returning shows to the hilt at both the TCA and Comic-Con, we all want to see the networks finally unfurl their schedules. But out of all the shows that are either debuting or returning, there are only a few that each of the Squadders are really looking forward to seeing. Which got us curious: what are you, our kind, generous, and creative readership, looking forward to seeing this fall? We'd like to know. If you feel like sharing, use the comments to leave your list of the new and returning shows that you're so eager to see return that it hurts. If you feel like leaving an explanation, all the better.
By the way, after the jump, you'll not only see the shows I'm looking forward to seeing, but a list of shows that we plan on covering this fall. If you list something in the comments that we don't have on our review list, we may just add it. Oh, and if you want to make a case for a show, you could always call in to our online radio show tomorrow at 10 and let us know why we should add it to our coverage.
What I'm looking forward to seeing: Pushing Daisies, Chuck, Cavemen (to see how big a disaster it's going to be), The IT Crowd, Miss/ Guided, Aliens In America, Reaper, How I Met Your Mother, and the entire Thursday NBC comedy lineup.
Here's what we're planning on covering in the fall:
30 Rock
The Amazing Race
American Idol
America's Next Top Model
The Bionic Woman
Bones
Chuck
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Damages
Dancing With The Stars
Desperate Housewives
Dexter
Dirty Sexy Money

As much as I liked the first episodes of Chuck, Pushing Daisies and Reaper, I have a feeling they won't last a full season. Not enough mass appeal. So damn depressing these days that you can't get excited about a show without hedging tat excitement with a "probably won't last, so why bother". And TV wonders why it's dying and ratings last season were so horrible. Wake the hell up! It's time to start nurturing and letting shows grow again. Most shows aren't great right out of the gate.

Looking forward to Journeyman (the time travel show right?) and Bionic Woman.
Of course, counting down the days until Razor from BSG too.

So, no NCIS this year? Coverage in the past several years has been on and off, but I think its a popular enough show (ratings wise, and comments wise) that it should be covered.

Family Guy, and maybe even American Dad should be added.
Family Guy was on the list last year? so has it been removed?

hub are you kidding!?? Chuck has been made for mass appeal, with pretty girls in panties, explosions and car chase... so much that they forgot to work on a decent script or to be funny!
there are too many new shows i haven't seen yet sadly, but i liked Reaper, Aliens in America was good but i have no idea what the show will actually be like, Bionic Woman could be good if it gets better than what I saw...
i really need to see Pushing Daisies cause I've heard so much about it, and Life cause the only small clip I saw i really liked, despite the show's lame description (ex-cop back after years in prison for a crime he didn't do)

I don't know why but for some reason the show I am looking forward to most is K-Ville. I understand why you are not covering it but I wish you were. It's on FOX so it probably won't last long enough to make it worth your while.

I thought the premiere of Cane showed a lot of potential. If it makes it through the whole season then it will definitely be up for about 20 Emmys next year. Other than that, I think you've got the rest of my shows covered.

Out of the leaked pilots and new shows, im anxious for more Californication! great pilot that left me wanting more.
I will watch TSCC, but i hope they re shoot some of the pilot scenes. I will also keep watching Pushing Daisies and Reaper.
I cant wait for BSG, Atlantis, Lost and the usual addictions to return to the tube.

I watched the first episode of Aliens in America and I liked it! I am especially interested since I myself come from Pakistan and a Muslim background...I hope there aren't many "inaccuracies".
Btw, doesn't American Idol not air in the Fall?
I hope you guys will cover "The Wire" when it starts in early '08.

Battlestar Galactica (I know it returns later but so does Lost which you've listed), Dexter and The Shield.
I'll miss the Everybody hates Chris and NCIS reviews.
As for the new shows, just Aliens in America.
Bionic Woman was terribly weak and I fear I'll get tired of Pushing Daisies by the second episode.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia? Funniest show on TV, or at least on a par with Curb and The Office.

What - no Stargate Atlantis?
For the FIRST time, a Stargate season premieres in the FALL -- and you're not going to cover it?
ACK!
