This is Spoilers Anonymous, a weekly column here at TV Squad where we'll supply you with the dirt on some of the more popular shows on the air. We'll never put spoilers up here on the main page in order to help the reformed stay unspoiled. This week we have: Bones, Brothers & Sisters, Damages, Desperate Housewives, ER, Grey's Anatomy, Heroes, One Tree Hill, Scrubs, Smallville, The 4400, and Ugly Betty. (SPOILERS FOLLOW!)

Bones

  • Bones producers will soon begin casting the role of Angela's mythic (and as-yet-unseen) husband, who we'll learn early on is basically The Perfect Man. Explains my spy: "He's big, beautiful and has tons of charisma. He's a pilot, he's an entrepreneur, he's a philanthropist, he saves children from burning buildings." In other words, the exact opposite of Hodgins. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
Brothers & Sisters
  • Justin will be returning to the Walker clan very early in the season, but he will be wheelchair-bound. Look for Senator McCallister's ex-wife, Courtney, to make an appearance this season and have a little one-on-one time with future Mrs. McCallister, Kitty. Kevin's boyfriend from season one, Scotty, will be returning this season. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
Damages
  • The series is casting for two new recurring characters. First there is Ellen's father, Gary, a generous construction foreman who is said to be a man of principle. The second character is 12-year-old Alex Reyes, a kid who is supposed to befriend David while at the hospital. [Source: TV Squad]
Desperate Housewives
  • The gay couple moving on Wisteria Lane is made of 40-year-old Lee and Bob. When Susan introduces herself to them, it doesn't go sweet since she's covered in paint and preventing Lee from entering groceries in the house. She doesn't get at first that they are a gay couple she thinks they are work partners. Lee and Bob were living in a big city before and have a dog named Mr. Barkley. [Source: TV Squad]
  • I'm hearing that a male character will be killed off around February sweeps. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
ER
  • It looks like Gates and Neela are definitely kaput. The show is introducing a new love interest for John Stamos and - get this - she's the chaplain at County General! Also checking in this season: Neela's twentysomething cousin, a Doogie-esque 19-year-old intern, and a new fortyish female doc. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
Grey's Anatomy
  • I hear Lexie and Derek are not happening - at least not initially. Word around Seattle Grace is that Lexie is being paired with Alex. That should certainly make things interesting when Jane Doe/Ava/Rebecca reappears (possibly) around Episode 4. [Source: Michael Ausiello]
Heroes
  • Claire's new boyfriend can fly, and for one particular romantic getaway he picks her up and carries her to the Hollywood sign atop Mt. Lee. Also, according to our source, Claire is still very much a teenager and has been sneaking out of the house to hang out with her new fella. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
One Tree Hill
  • Moira Kelly may no longer be a part of the cast; Nathan might be in a wheelchair with no hope of an NBA career; Rachel might be working for Brooke at her own boutique. Again, this info is still sketchy, so don't jump to any conclusions just yet. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
Scrubs
  • In the first ep, Kim and J.D. discuss getting back together, and Elliot and Keith Dudemeister fight about their wedding. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
Smallville
  • In the fourth episode of next season, Chloe is reunited with Sasha Woodman, the meteor freak from the first season episode "Drone." Sasha claims she is cured from her meteor-induced craziness. [Source: KryptonSite]
The 4400
  • Young Lily reunites with Richard (Mahershalalhasbaz Ali, who himself returns this Sunday) when original cast member Laura Allen appears on the USA Network series' Aug. 19 episode. [Source: TV Guide Online]
Ugly Betty
  • According to Christopher Gorham, "We are continuing the saga of Henry and Betty. In the very first episode, the first five minutes cannot be missed. There is a great Henry-Betty scene, and Charlie is involved. Early on in the season we find out who the baby's daddy is, and Henry gets a buddy in accounting. It's very exciting stuff." Ashley Jensen tells us, "We discovered that Christina has a husband she walked out on. She went out one day, went out to the shops and just didn't come back. I think he wasn't a very nice guy, so she's come over to America and here she is at Mode. And I think he may make a little appearance." [Source: Watch with Kristin]
  • Fashion icon Kenneth Cole will make a guest appearance on "Ugly Betty." Cole will play himself, as he's honored at a lavish "Black & White" Ball being hosted by the dysfunctional Meade family. The episode will air in October. [Source: ABC]
  • Vanessa Williams' real-life ex-husband, Rick Fox, will guest-star on at least two episodes of Ugly Betty this season. Look for things to "get heated" when Fox appears as Wilhelmina's bodyguard, says People. [Source: TV Guide Online]
