We probably will not be lucky enough for them to actually kill off Electra but will have her out for intense physical therapy. Granted when Brass was shot and near death they forgot to do that but hey if Mendolsohn can bring back the dead she can certainly heal the afflicted.

It'll be interesting to see. Since she'd refused to film the "death" scene of Sara, I'll be she won't be obliging anyhting else. They could do two things, closed casket, or other actress under bandages like a mummy. :P

On top of that - WHO CARES?

The end to the miniature killer storyline was a total cop out anyway. The season was so great and in the end they just have some mental girl be the killer? Boring. Utterly boring. I hated it.

Having Sara be the Miniature Kill would have been an awesome payoff.

Her having gone to such lengths to draw Grissom in with the models, etc.

It also would have explained how the one model could have sat on Grissom's desk for his 'sabattical' & not have a murder happen until he was back & had opened the box.

The mentally challenged girl was a huge cop out.

I wonder if Fox reached a settlement with the producers. I mean to not show up to film your "death" scene is really pushing the envelope. Either she got a commitment to extend her contract or they just paid her a boatload to film her demise.


I'm still laughing at the return of Speedle on Miami. Not only did he survive a bullet, but healed from his autopsy. LOL

This news of the 'new cast member' might be a smokescreen saying that the producers are getting a new cast member to be Sara, sort of what they did on Bewitched with Darren

I think the producers are just using the 'new cast member' news as a smokescreen and the new person will actually be Sara but looking a bit different because of some surgery she needed because of being under the car. This way they can keep the Sara character but say bye-bye to Jorja Fox

I read where the new character will be either a new detective or level one CSI, I've also seen pictures of the actress Jessica London I believe, and she is african american. What I would like to see since Warrick is having trouble in his marriage have this new character and Catherine sort of fight for his affections and have the new character be just as strong as Catherine and knock her down a few pegs

IF Grissom leaves, I will not watch the show. He makes the whole program work.

To not to showup for the filming was very unprofessional action on Ms. Fox's part.

They should have just killed Fox off last season. Her deadpan delivery and lack of elocution and inflection make her an assault on the ears. Shacking up with Grissom, an idiot story line unworthy of the show.

jorja's manager needs to get busy and have hat in hand. This move on her part is career suicide. A hit show, the darling of the team and Grissom in love with her. oh la la
