Not a lot to report animation-wise, but here's a few things you might find interesting:
The series finale of Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law airs tonight at 11:45. You can also watch it on Adult Swim's site. I caught it yesterday, and all I will say is that fans will not be disappointed. Or maybe you will be, but I don't really care. I've got my own stuff to worry about.
Also on the Adult Swim front, Jackson Publick says the next season of Venture Bros. will focus more on secondary characters. That's a natural progression for any animated series, and given the cavalcade of odd and interesting characters that have popped up on the series already, I'm looking forwarded to delving into the Venture universe even more.
In November, a new animated sketch comedy series from Orlando Jones and Ali LeRoi (Everybody Hates Chris) hits BET. The new series is called Bufu and will spoof famous African-Americans. One sketch centers on Barack Obama dealing with a crazy sidekick who happens to be a foul-mouthed puppet. It airs November 13 at 10:00 p.m.
Do you like the Road Runner? Great, then why don't you watch what appears to be every Road Runner cartoon ever made? They're on YouTube, so they may not be there for long. You can always watch Road Runner on In2TV (owned by AOL, which also owns TV Squad). I've placed one below for your enjoyment. Thanks to Cartoon Brew for the YouTube link.
